At this time there is a very rapid development in the culinary field, as evidenced by the discovery of restaurants on every side of the road, one of which is the Gang Nikmat Restaurant. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the Electronic Word of Mouth and Product Differentiation on Consumer Purchase Decisions at Gang Nikmat Restaurant. The method used is the quantitatif method, and the sampling technique is by using incidental sampling. This type of research is a verification research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the population is the consumers of Gang Nikmat Restaurant, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple regression analysis method which aims to determine the relationship between the independent variable Electronic Word of Mouth (X1) and Product Differentiation (X2) with the dependent variable Purchase Decision (Y). So the results of this study are each variable Electronic Word of Mouth and Product Differentiation partially have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. And the two variables, the Electronic Word of Mouth and Product Differentiation simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Gang Nikmat Restaurant Consumers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Brand Image at Baso Iqbal Restaurant, to determine the application of Product Assortment by Baso Iqbal Restaurant, to determine purchasing decisions at Baso Iqbal Restaurant and to determine how much influence Brand Image and Product Assortment had on Buying decision. This research was conducted at Baso Iqbal Restaurant in Cimahi City. The research method in this research is the survey method. The type of research in this research is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability incidental sampling. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who visited Baso Iqbal Restaurant. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis with the aim of knowing the direction of the relationship between the independent variable (X1) and the independent variable (X2) with the dependent variable (Y). The results of this study state that the brand image variable partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the product diversity variable partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. As well as simultaneously the variables of Brand Image and Product Assortment have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Baso Iqbal Restaurant.

This study aims 1) To find an overview of Work Motivation, Work Conflict and Employee Performance of the Bandung City Library and Archives Service during the pandemic. 2) To determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of the Bandung City Library and Archives Service employees during the pandemic. 3) To determine the effect of Work Conflict on the Performance of the Bandung City Library and Archives Service Employees during the pandemic. 4) To determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Conflict simultaneously on the Performance of the during the pandemic. The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification and operates the calculations using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study concluded that: 1) 1) Work Motivation at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service during the pandemic was in very high category, Work Conflict at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service during the pandemic was in the low category, Employee Performance at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service at during the Covid-19 pandemic in the high category. 2) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance during the pandemic at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service 3) Work Conflict has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance during the pandemic at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service. 4) Work Motivation and Work Conflict simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance during the pandemic at the Bandung City Library and Archives Service.
