Abstract

Chinese people plays a major role invarious sectors in Indonesia. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistic sshow that nearly 80% of them work as trader sandentrepreneurs. The purpose of research is to gain an overview of the Chinese ethnic patience degrees in business.Design research is a descriptive study (descriptive reasearch), a research net work that is not to question the relationship between variables that exist, andis not intended to appeal to a generation that explains the antecedent variables-variables that cause symptoms or something social reality. Measuring instrument used isa scale, which is derived from the concept ofpatience fromUmarYusuf (2010)./Based on the results obtained pictureas much as73.33% high,and26.66% were. Aspects offortitude and perseverance as much as 63.33% showed high resilience and perseverance.
