Abstract. Muallaf is a person who experienced the conversion of religion both in terms of physical and psychic. The Muallaf Center of Bandung (“MCB”) is one of the institutions that provide special coaching facilities for the Converts in the form of planned guidance. MCB helps the Converts to learn more about Islamic values that are correlated to their needs. The purpose of this study is to know the planning, implementation, evaluation and impact of the guiding program.This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interview, documentation study and questionnaire filling. result shows that the planning of Islamic religious guidance program for the muallaf through boarding school at Muallaf Center Bandung run as planned. The Implementation of Islamic guidance program for the convert held every Sunday at Istiqamah Mosque Bandung at 09.00 until 12.00 sharp. The Islamic guidance Program for the convert is evaluated once in 3 weeks. This caused the board less know about the development of converts. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out Islamic guidance method. Keywords : Program, Guidance, Muallaf. Abstrak. Muallaf merupakan seseorang yang mengalami perpindahan agama baik dari segi fisik maupun psikis. Muallaf center Bandung (MCB) adalah salah satu lembaga yang memiliki pengelolaan program pembinaan agama Islam khusus bagi muallaf dalam bentuk kelas kebutuhan melalui pesantren ahad yang diselenggarakan setiap hari Minggu di Masjid Istiqamah Bandung. MCB memberikan bantuan dan informasi Islam kepada para muallaf untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dirinya terkait pembelajaran agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan pengisian angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran terkait pengelolaan program pembinaan agama Islam bagi muallaf melalui pesantren ahad di Muallaf Center Bandung yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat.Kata Kunci : Program, Pembinaan, Muallaf. |
