Abstract. Character education is an effort to instill positive values and form noble character. The implementation of character education is not only in the classroom but outside the classroom. The character education process can be implemented either through extracurricular activities. Extracurricular activities in every school are diverse and have their own characteristics. Extracurricular activities include: Self-development, language, and sports. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation studies. The purpose of this study was to reveal the program and implementation of character education values in archery extracurricular activities at Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School. Archery program at Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School consists of compulsory programs and extracurricular programs. Character education in high school Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School through; exemplary, Education, Training and Coaching (TRAINED), creating a conducive environment, and habituation. Supporting factors of archery extracurricular activities at Daarut Tauhiid High School Boarding School are present special trainers and trainers who are experienced in their fields and complete equipment and equipment as well as full support from the school. Pendidikan karakter merupakan upaya untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai positif dan membentuk akhlak yang mulia. Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter bukan hanya dalam lingkup pembelajaran dikelas melainkan diluar kelas. Proses pendidikan karakter dapat diimplementasikan salahsatunya melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler disetiap sekolah beragam dan memiliki ciri khas masing-masing. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler meliputi: Pengembangan diri,bahasa, dan olahraga.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan program dan pelaksanaan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam ekstrakurikuler memanah di SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School. Program memanah di SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School terdiri dari program wajib dan program ekstrakurikuler. Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School melalui; keteladanan, Pendidikan, Latihan, dan Pembinaan (DIKLATNA), menciptakan lingkungan kondusif, dan pembiasaan. Faktor pendukung dari kegiatan ekstrakurikuler memanah di SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School dihadirkannya pembina dan pelatih khusus yang berpengalaman dibidangnya serta perlengkapan dan peralatan yang cukup lengkap serta dukungan penuh dari sekolah. Adapun yang menjadi hambatan adalah keterbatasan waktu untuk latihan serta latihan hanya dilingkungan sekolah.Kata kunci : Ekstrakurikuler, pendidikan karakter, memanah.
