Abstract. Philosophical conceptions about humans, both in terms of mental nature and creativity, all lead to human conception as homo educandum. teaching and learning process as part of education basically consists of two elements, namely students as students and teachers as instructors. So in every teaching and learning process there are interactions that underlie the process. The Messenger of Allāh W had given many cues about the pattern of interaction between a teacher and students. One of them is a hadith about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah for Ibn Abbas which contains a sign of the pattern of educative interaction between teacher and student. Based on this, the problems in this study can be formulated as follows: (1) What is the shock and meaning of the hadith narrated by Bukhari regarding the prayer of the Messenger of Allah for Ibn Abbas? (2) What is the essence of the hadith narrated by Bukhari regarding the prayer of the Messenger of Allah for Ibn Abbas? (3) What is the educational interaction between teachers and students according to Islamic education experts? (4) What are the implications of hadith on educative interaction between teachers and students? This type of research is qualitative and uses descriptive methods and categorized library research. The method of researching the hadith is using ijmali, tahlili and muqarin methods. The technique of interpreting the hadith in the form of textual, intertextual, and contextual. The results of this study are: (1) The musyarih also explained that the hadith contains the virtues of knowledge and advice to study it accompanied by prayer in order to get fluency in the process. In addition, there is also a recommendation to embrace a child or student as a form of affection with a note without lust. (2) The essence of the hadith explains the virtues of science and prayer and the method of education of the Prophet, the most important of which is compassion, tenderness and prayer. (3) Educative interaction according to Al-Ghazali and Az-Zarnuji is with love, tenderness and prayer, as well as the most important character of a teacher. (4) the main competency for the teacher apart from pedagogical competence is the moral competence as the main support for giving students hasanah. Cultivate education methods for affection and tenderness, and provide motivation to students in the form of prayer, because essentially the teacher's prayer is the same as the parents' prayer. Keywords: Educative Interaction, Teacher, Student Abstrak. Konsepsi-konsepsi filsafat tentang manusia, baik dari sisi kodrat kejiwaan maupun daya cipta, semuanya bermuara pada konsepsi manusia sebagai homo educandum. proses belajar mengajar sebagai bagian dari pendidikan pada dasarnya terdiri dari dua unsur, yaitu murid sebagai pelajar dan guru sebagai pengajar. Maka dalam setiap proses belajar mengajar terdapat interaski yang mendasari proses tersebut. Rasulullah SAW telah memberikan banyak isyarat tentang pola interaksi antara seorang guru dan murid. Salah satu di antaranya adalah hadits tentang do’a Rasulullah untuk Ibnu Abbas yang mengandung isyarat pola interaksi edukatif antara guru dan murid. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Apa syarah dan makna hadits riwayat Bukhari mengenai do’a Rasulullah untuk Ibnu Abbas? (2) Apa Esensi hadits riwayat Bukhari mengenai do’a Rasulullah untuk Ibnu Abbas? (3) Bagaimana interaksi edukatif antara guru dan murid menurut pakar pendidikan Islam? (4) Bagaimana implikasi hadits terhadap interaksi edukatif antara guru dan murid? Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan menggunakan metode deskriptif serta dikategorikan penelitian kepustakaan. Adapun metode dalam meneliti syarah hadits yaitu dengan menggunakan metode ijmali, tahlili dan muqarin. Teknik interpretasi hadits berupa tekstual, intertekstual, dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Para musyarih juga menjelaskan bahwa hadits tersebut berisi tentang keutamaan ilmu dan anjuran untuk mempelajarinya yang disertai dengan do’a supaya mendapatkan kelancaran dalam prosesnya. Selain itu, terdapat pula anjuran untuk memeluk anak atau pun murid sebagai bentuk ungkapan kasih sayang dengan catatan tanpa adanya syahwat. (2) Esensi hadits tersebut menjelaskan tentang keutamaan ilmu dan do’a serta metode pendidikan Rasulullah yang paling utama adalah kasih sayang, kelembutan dan do’a. (3) Interaksi edukatif menurut Al-Ghazali dan Az-Zarnuji adalah dengan kasih sayang, kelembutan dan do’a, serta akhlak yang paling penting dari seorang guru. (4) kompetensi utama bagi guru selain dari kompetensi pedagogis adalah kompetensi akhlaq sebagai penunjang utama untuk memberikan uswah hasanah kepada murid-muridnya. Memijakkan metode pendidikan kepada kasih sayang dan kelembutan, serta memberikan motivasi kepada murid berupa do’a, karena pada hakikatnya do’a guru sama dengan do’a orang tua.
