Abstract. Zakat is a strategic social charity that is very influential on the economic development of people. One of the productive zakat management models, which by this method is expected to accelerate the effort to alleviate the society from the poverty line, they are initially a mustahic group and then become a muzakki. Rumah Yatim has a productive economic program that aims to form mustahik be muzakki. If a productive economic program becomes one of the leading programs of course this can make the amount of mustahik decreased every year. Therefore the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of productive economic programs against the effort of the formation of mustahik into muzakki at Rumah Yatim. This research method uses qualitative approach that is to see how far the effectiveness of program implementation from all internal process activity or organizational mechanism with five indicator of assessment, among others, target group process, socialization, aid distribution, training and mentoring. To get answers from these indicators used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data collection of research through interviews,documentation and literature studies that exist.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of productive economic programs at Rumah Yatim is less effective. This can be seen from the three indicators of the socialization process, the distribution of assistance and assistance. While the process of training and determining the target group has beenrunningeffectively.Keywords: Zakat Productive, productive economic program, effectiveness Abstrak. Zakat merupakan amal sosial kemanusiaan yang strategis dan sangat berpengaruh pada pembangunan ekonomi umat. Salah satu model pengelolaan zakat secara produktif, di mana dengan metode ini diharapkan akan mempercepat upaya mengentaskan masyarakat dari garis kemiskinan, mereka pada awalnya adalah golongan mustahik kemudian menjadi seorang muzakki. Rumah Yatim mempunyai program ekonomi produktif yang bertujuan membentuk mustahik menjadi muzakki. Jika program ekonomi produktif menjadi salah satu program unggulan tentunya hal ini dapat membuat jumlah mustahik semakin berkurang setiap tahunnya. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas program ekonomi produktif terhadap upaya pembentukan mustahik menjadi muzakki di Rumah Yatim. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan proses pendekatan kualitatif yaitu melihat sejauh mana efektivitas pelaksanaan program dari semua kegiatan proses internal atau mekanisme organisasi dengan lima indicator penilaian antara lain proses kelompok sasaran, sosialisasi, penyaluran bantuan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Untuk mendapatkan jawaban dari indicator tersebut digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui wawancara, dokumentasi serta studi literature yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program ekonomi produktif di Rumah Yatim kurang efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tiga indicator yaitu proses sosialisasi, penyaluran bantuan dan pendampingan. Sedangkan proses pelatihan dan penentuan kelompok sasaran sudah berjalan efektif.Kata Kunci: Zakat Produktif, program ekonomi produktif, efektivitas. |
