Abstract. This study aims to find out how the implementation of credit with rente in the district Wargamekar Baleendah Kab. Bandung and what factors dominant affect the decision of the people taking the loan with rente. The method used in this research is the quantitative descriptive method of analysis using a case study approach to the district community Wargamekar Baleendah Kab. Bandung, with the number of respondents as many as 89 people. Data from the village of Baleendah Community Wargamekar District. Bandung, with the criteria of people who have been or are borrowing credit with rente. It is an active process and the passive process. Both of these processes have nearly the same implementation from billing to billing system. Secondly there are four factors that influence the community in taking credit with rente the district Wargamekar Baleendah Kab Bandung. namely cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors. The average value of each factor is 2.36%, 2.84%, 2.81%, 2.1% and 2.21% personal 2.71%. Social factors become the most dominant factor that is equal to 2.84% because this factor is much in the influence of social environment, friends, and family members..Keywords: Decision, Society, Credit, Rente Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuin bagaimana pelaksanaan kredit pada rentenir di Desa Wargamekar Baleendah Kab. Bandung dan faktor dominan apa yang mempengaruhi keputusan masyarakat pengambil kredit pada rentenir . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif analisis menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kepada masyarakat Desa Wargamekar Baleendah Kab. Bandung, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 89 orang. Data di peroleh dari hasil kuesioner yang telah di bagikan kepada masyarakat desa Wargamekar Baleendah Kab. Bandung, dengan kriteria masyarakat yang pernah atau sedang meminjam kredit pada rentenir. Dari hasil penelitian dapat di ketahui bahwa pelaksanaan kredit pada rentenir ini terbagi menjadi dua proses yaitu ada proses aktif dan proses pasif. Kedua proses ini memiliki sistem pelaksana yang hampir sama mulai penawaran hingga penagihan. Kedua terdapat empat faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam mengambil kredit pada rentenir di Desa Wargamekar Baleendah Kab Bandung. yaitu faktor kebudayaan, faktor sosial, faktor personal, dan faktor psikologi. Besarnya nilai rata-rata masing-masing faktor tesebut secara berturut-turut, yaitu kebudayaan sebesar 2.36%, sosial sebesar 2.84%, personal sebesar 2.71%, dan pribadi sebesar 2,21% . Faktor sosial menjadi faktor paling dominan yang memiliki nilai rata rata tertinggi yaitu sebesar 2.84% karena faktor ini banyak di pengaruh lingkungan sosial, tentangga, teman, dan anggota keluarga.
