Abstract. Mu’amalah is part of the Islamic sharia, which regulates the relationship among humans. Relationship with others which developed the branch of science in Islam is Fiqh Mu’amalah. In the trade, which previously only involved the seller and the buyer, it now can be implemented without having to meet directly or with online transactions. One of the applications released by PT. Tamasia Global Sharia is called "Beli Emas Suka-Suka" which offers gold purchases for Rp 10,000. This purchase is designed depending on the money the buyers have, and the application will give 0.1 gram of gold for free. How about Fiqh Muamalah conditions sale and purchase gold? How to Fiqh Muamalah review of gold trade by likes system in Tamasia?. The purpose of this study is to find out how the provisions of fiqh muamalah about the gold trade and to know the fiqh muamalah review of gold trade with system through the app. The type of research conducted is normative juridical research. In this study data sources used are secondary data and data collection techniques, which is literature study. Data analysis used is qualitative data analysis using descriptive method. The results of this research is known that trading gold by the system is not proper with the principle of fiqh muamalah, because in Islam the trading gold must be made in cash, due to the fact that gold is a ribawi stuff.The conclusions in the get is known that trading gold by the system is not proper with the principle of fiqh muamalah, because in Islam the trading gold must be made in cash, due to the fact that gold is a ribawi stuff. Keywords: Fiqh Muamalah, Sale and Purchase, Likes System Abstrak. Muamalah merupakan bagian dari syari’at Islam, yang mengatur hubungan antar manusia. Hubungan dengan sesama inilah yang melahirkan suatu cabang ilmu dalam Islam yaitu Fikih Muamalah. Dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli,yang awalnya hanya dilaksanakan dengan saling bertemu pihak penjual, sekarang bisa dilaksanakan tanpa harus bertemu langsung yaitu dengan transaksi online.Salah satunya aplikasi yang dikeluarkan PT.Tamasia Global Sharia. Aplikasi ini bernama “Beli Emas Suka–Suka“ menawarkan pembelian emas dengan seharga Rp.10.000, dan pembelian emas yang diinginkan sesuai isi dompetnya, dan pihak aplikasipun memberikan emas senilai 0,1gram secara cuma-cuma. Bagaimana ketentuan fikih muamalah tentang jual beli emas? Bagaimana tinjauan fikih muamalah terhadap jual beli emas dengan sistem suka-suka melalui aplikasi “Beli Emas Suka-Suka” di Tamasia?.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana ketentuan fikih muamalah tentang jual beli emas dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan fikih muamalah terhadap jual beli emas dengan sistem suka-suka melalui aplikasi beli emas suka-suka di Tamasia. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif, dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan sumber data yaitu data sekunder dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah penelitian ini diketahui bahwa, jual beli emas dengan sistem suka-suka tidak sesuai dengan prinsip fikih muamalah. Karena dalam Islam bahwa jual beli emas harus dilakukan secara tunai, bahwa emas merupakan barang ribawi. Kata Kunci: Fikih Muamalah, Jual Beli, Sistem Suka-Suka |
