Abstrak. Multi Level Marketing (MLM ) marketing via distribution network is a system built in stages. In carrying out the work, for MLM syariah governed by No 75:DSN-MUI/VII/2009 syariah stages on guidelines for direct marketing, which as a guideline MLM syariah . The purpose of this research is to know of issue on regulation on directives for the direct selling stages according to the level of a new syariah bank according to religious advices commisstion of the DSN-MUI No:75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009, well aware of nature of the operating system can easily access privately practicing MLM in reinsurance firm PT. K-Link, analyzed the hour by hour the implantation of the religious advices commisstion of the DSN-MUI No:75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009 against nature of the operating system MLM in reinsurance firm PT. Research techniques used observation, documentation and interview. Technique data analysis wearing analysis the domain, taxonomic, komponensial and theme of cultural. The results of the study author suggests that, for regulation No:75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009 had twelve law that must be obeyed by the MLM syariah. Dalam menjalankan sistem kerjanya, MLM syariah diatur oleh fatwa No:75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009 tentang pedoman penjualan langsung berjenjang syariah, yang mana sebagai pedoman MLM syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaturan tentang pedoman penjualan langsung berjenjang syariah menurut Fatwa DSN-MUI NO:75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009, mengetahui praktik sistem kerja MLM di PT K-Link, menganalisis implementasi Fatwa DSN-MUI No:75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009 terhadap sistem kerja MLM di PT K-Link. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Menggunakan pendekatan Yuridis Normatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah Sumber data lapangan (Field research), Sumber data Kepustakaan (Library research). Teknik penelitian yang digunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data memakai analisis domain, taksonomi, komponensial dan tema kultural. Hasil penelitian penulis menunjukan bahwa, peraturan fatwa DSN-MUI NO:75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009 mempunyai dua belas ketentuan hukum yang harus ditaati oleh perusahaan MLM syariah. Sistem kerja PT K-Link tidak 100% mengimplementasikan dua belas ketentuan hukum fatwa DSN-MUI NO:75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009.Kata Kunci: MLM, Fatwa DSN-MUI, Sistem kerja MLM syariah
