Abstract. In 2015, the increasing ZIS repository not really hold an impact towards poverty level in Indonesia. This is in line with Allocation to Collection Ratio (ACR) condition in BAZNAS West Java during 2015-2017 period with the total of 31.7% and is categorized as below expectation,. Based on the above mentioned background problem, thus the research questions for this research are: 1) how is the distribution system of productive zakat in by BAZNAS west java? 2) how is the DEA method in measuring the efficiency of Jabar mandiri program? 3) how is the efficiency rate of Jabar mandiri program using the DEA method? The method used is quantitative. The technique of analyzing data used is the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method. The result of this research shows that the distribution of productive zakat is done through 3 steps, which are: 1) muzaki hands in the requirements 2) the team from BAZNAS west java will analyze the data, if it fulfill the criteria, the mustahiq can bring a stamp 3) then give a stock funds as much as RP. 1,000,000,- once a year. The steps of using DEA method to measure the efficiency of jabar mandiri program are: a) group all the input and output variabel b) find out the result from DEAP 2.1 and decide the efficient and inefficient. Level of efficiency program 2015 period experienced independent jabar inefesien while for 2016 and 2017 based on the results of the analysis showed the number of DEA calculation 100% or 1 this means that during the period 2016-2017 the program standalone jabar already efficiently.Keywords: Data envelopment analysis (DEA) Method, Efficiency, Jabar Mandiri program, BAZNAS West Java.Abstrak. Pada tahun 2015 penghimpunan ZIS yang meningkat kurang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia hal sesuai dengan kondisi Allocation to Collection Ratio (ACR) di BAZNAS Provinsi Jawa Barat selama periode 2015-2017 sebesar 31.7% dan termasuk dalam kategori bellow expectation . Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, maka rumusan masalahnya yaitu: 1)Bagaimana sistem penyaluran zakat produktif di BAZNAS 2)Bagaimana metode DEA dalam mengukur program jabar mandiri? 3)Bagaimana tingkat efesiensi program jabar mandiri? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisa datanya adalah menggunakan metode data envelopment analysis (DEA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, penyaluran zakat produktif melalui 3 tahap yaitu: 1) muzaki menyerahkan persyaratan 2) dilakukan analisa oleh tim program, apabila masuk kriteria maka mustahiq membawa materai 3) diberikan dana bantuan modal sebesar Rp. 1,000,000,- setiap satu tahun sekali. Tahapan metode DEA untuk mengukur efesiensi program jabar mandiri, yaitu mengelompokan variabel input dan output dan menghitung tiap DMU. Tingkat efesiensi program jabar mandiri periode 2015 mengalami inefesien sedangkan untuk 2016 dan 2017 berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan DEA menunjukan angka sebesar 100% atau 1 ini artinya selama peiode 2016-2017 program jabar mandiri sudah efesien.Kata Kunci: metode data envelopment analysis (DEA), Efesiensi, Program Jabar Mandiri, BAZNAS Provinsi Jawa Barat |
