Abstract. There are the concept of tours that new one in indonesia , namely the concept of syariah tourism that were a combination tourism and syariah .Setting up a shariah referred to here is the syariah principle .Syariah tourism is a trip by visiting a certain place and have regard to the value is fixed , of worship , god has taught him , and the remembrance of the home .Should consider is because , of worship , muamalalah , culture , and also the remembrance of the home , then surely this provides the limits of what an array of tourism to tourists that being at ease in traveled syariah .Accompanied by a blossoming of syariah tourism was decreed by the council of religious advices commisstion of the syariah nasional-majelis ulama indonesia no.108/X/2016 to set the implementation of tourism based on then syariah principle .A lot of tourism based service bureau that opens syariah especially in the city of bandung .But there were problems in the administration of these services is , that is there is a mismatch in the field implementation with religious advices commisstion of the national syariah council prevailing. The purpose of this study is to find the implementation of the concept syariah tourism and to know the council review religious advices commisstion of the syariah nasional-majelis ulama indonesia no.108/X/2016 against the concept of tourism syariah based in DT MICE & TOUR Bandung. The methodology used in research is descriptive method.The research is the primary data interviews with the head of DT MICE & TOUR Bandung. Engineering data collection is interviews and literature study.Data analysis techniques used is qualitative analysis. The result of this research showed that there is a mismatch between religious advices commisstion of the national syariah council with pariwsata concept and implementation could be setting up a shariah offered DT MICE & TOUR related to the use of conventional insurance , do not guarantee housing providers eat got the lawful mui , tourist destinations , related tourists and the part of the tour. Keywords: Fatwa dsn-mui, Tourism, ShariahAbstrak. Terdapat konsep wisata yang tergolong baru di Indonesia, yakni konsep wisata syariah yang merupakan gabungan dari wisata dan syariah. Syariah yang dimaksud disini adalah prinsip syariah. Wisata syariah adalah perjalanan dengan mengunjungi tempat teretentu dan tetap memperhatikan nilai akidah, ibadah, muamalah, maupun akhlak. Karena harus tetap memperhatikan akidah, ibadah, muamalalah, adab, dan juga akhlak, maka tentunya jenis wisata ini memberikan batasan-batasan kepada wisatawan syariah agar nyaman dalam bewisata. Seiring dengan berkembangnya Pariwisata Syariah maka dari itu ditetapkan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia No:108/X/2016 untuk mengatur pelaksanaan pariwisata berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Banyak bermunculan biro jasa yang membuka Pariwisata berbasis syariah khususnya di kota Bandung. Namun terdapat permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan jasa tersebut, yaitu terdapat ketidaksesuaian dalam pelaksanaan dilapangan dengan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional yang berlaku. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan konsep pariwisata syariah dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan Fatwa Dewan syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia No:108/X/2016 terhadap konsep pariwisata berbasis syariah di DT MICE & TOUR Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Sumber penelitian ini adalah data primer hasil wawancara dengan kepala divisi DT MICE & TOUR Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional yang berlaku dengan konsep dan pelaksanaan Pariwsata Syariah yang ditawarkan DT MICE & TOUR terkait penggunaan asuransi Konvensional, Belum menjamin penyedia rumah makan bersetifikasi Halal MUI, Destinasi Wisata, terkait Wisatawan dan Pemandu Wisata.Kata Kunci: Fatwa DSN-MUI, Pariwisata, Syariah |
