Abstract. In this thesis will be explained about the procedure for the formation of a Standard Deviation Control Chart from a Lognormal or S-Lognormal Distribution. Formation of Diagrams This control is used to monitor process variability based on the assumption that the data obtained follows a lognormal distribution. This method was applied to the pH data of the Batu Ampar Balikpapan East Kalimantan drinking water treatment plant. The results of the establishment of the S control chart in the first revision obtained BKA = 0.0166, Center = 0.0077 and BKB = 0. Based on the control limits of the S control diagram in stage II it can describe all data within the control limits. While the results of S-Lognormal formation obtained BKA = 7.21, Center = 5.97 and BKB = 4.74 in phase II shows all observations are within the control limits. However, it cannot be said that the process is in a controlled state because there are seven scatter points located on the same side. From the two control diagrams with different methods it can be seen that the S-lognormal control diagram is more sensitive in monitoring the standard deviation, seeing that there are 7 sample points that experience a high shift in variabilityKeywords: S-Chart Control Chart, Standard Deviation, S-Lognormal Control Diagram, Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test.Abstrak. Dalam skripsi ini akan dijelaskan mengenai prosedur pembentukan Diagram Kendali Standar Deviasi dari Distribusi Lognormal atau S-Lognormal. Pembentukan Diagram Kendali ini digunakan untuk memantau variabilitas proses berdasarkan asumsi bahwa data yang diperoleh mengikuti distribusi lognormal. Metode ini diaplikasikan pada data pH instalasi pengolahan air minum Batu Ampar Balikpapan Kalimantan Timur. Hasil pembentukan diagram kendali S pada revisi pertama diperoleh BKA = 0,0166, Pusat = 0,0077 dan BKB = 0. Berdasarkan batas kendali diagram kendali S pada tahap II tersebut dapat menggambarkan seluruh data berada di dalam batas kendali. Sementara hasil pembentukan S-Lognormal diperoleh BKA = 7,21, Pusat = 5,97 dan BKB = 4,74 pada tahap II menunjukkan seluruh pengamatan berada di dalam batas kendali. Akan tetapi tidak bisa dikatakan proses dalam keadaan terkendali karena ada tujuh pencaran titik yang terletak pada belahan sisi yang sama.. Dari kedua diagram kendali tersebut dengan metode yang berbeda dapat dilihat bahwa diagram kendali S-lognormal lebih sensitif dalam memantau standar deviasi, dengan melihat bahwa ada 7 titik sampel yang mengalami pergeseran variabilitas yang tinggi.Kata Kunci: Diagram Kendali S-Chart, Standar Deviasi, Diagram Kendali S-Lognormal, Uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov. |
