Abstract. Hotel Lingga Bandung has the desire to transform Lingga Hotel into one of the best Sharia Hotels in the city of Bandung. The rules governing Sharia Hospitality are Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No. 2 of 2014. Therefore, the authors feel interested in reviewing the implementation of Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation Number 2 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Sharia Hotel Businesses. With the formulation of the problem as follows: What are the criteria of Sharia Hotels according to the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation Number 2 of 2014, How is the implementation of sharia-based hotels in Lingga Syariah Hotel, Bandung, and How is the implementation of Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No. 2 of 2014 concerning Implementation Guidelines Syariah Hotel Business in Lingga Syariah Hotel, Bandung City.The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis through a qualitative comparative study approach by examining the implementation and implementation of services in the Lingga Syariah Hotel in Bandung City associated with the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No. 2 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Sharia Hotel Businesses.The conclusion of this study is that the Lingga Hotel in Bandung City still does not fulfill some of the absolute criteria contained in the Ministerial Regulation, both in the aspects of products, services, and management. Thus, this hotel cannot be called a Sharia Hotel Business according to Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation Number 2 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Sharia Hotel Businesses. Keywords: Tourism, Hotels, Tour and Travel, and Sharia. Abstrak. Hotel Lingga Kota Bandung memiliki keinginan untuk mengubah Hotel Lingga menjadi salah satu Hotel Syariah terbaik di Kota Bandung. Peraturan yang mengatur tentang Perhotelan Syariah adalah Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 2 Tahun 2014. Oleh karena itu, penulis merasa tertarik untuk mengkaji implementasi Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Usaha Hotel Syariah. Dengan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: Bagaimana kriteria Hotel Syariah menurut Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 2 Tahun 2014, Bagaimana penyelengaraan hotel berbasis syariah di Hotel Lingga Syariah Kota Bandung, dan Bagaimana implementasi Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Usaha Hotel Syariah di Hotel Lingga Syariah Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis melalui pendekatan studi komparatif kualitatif dengan meneliti pelaksanaan dan penyelenggaraan pelayanan di Hotel Lingga Syariah Kota Bandung dihubungkan dengan Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Usaha Hotel Syariah. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Hotel Lingga Kota Bandung masih belum memenuhi sebagian kriteria mutlak yang terdapat dalam Peraturan Menteri tersebut, baik dalam aspek produk, pelayanan, maupun pengelolaan. Sehingga, hotel ini belum dapat disebut sebagai Usaha Hotel Syariah menurut Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Usaha Hotel Syariah.
