Abstract. The market is vulnerable to a number of frauds and also acts of injustice that abuse other parties, the market cannot be separated from the formation of prices or pricing. In muamalah Fiqh there is a pricing theory called the tas'ir aljabari theory, which is price fixing carried out by the government due to general considerations of welfare. One example of pricing is LPG pricing. In the community environment, the price of 3 kg LPG at the base is higher than the predetermined price or the highest retail price (HET) so that people are forced to buy because of household needs even though the price is expensive. So that the writer conducts research, How is the theory of tas'ir al-jabari in Fiqh muamalah? How to determine LPG sales at Moh. After all, the city of Bandung? and how to review the tas'ir aljabari theory of the pricing of LPG sales at Moh. Toha City of Bandung.The research method used is a qualitative method that is descriptive analysis. The research subjects were at Moh. Toha Bandung City and the object of research is the base at Moh. Toha City of Bandung.The results of the study are based on the discussion above, so conclusions can be drawn as follows: First, the tas'ir al-jabari theory is a price fixing carried out by the government due to general considerations.. Secondly, the base is in accordance with government regulations and there are also bases that are not in accordance with government regulations. Third, if viewed in the theory of tas'ir al-jabari pangkalan, it is still considered appropriate because the increase is not excessive which causes losses to consumers.Keywords: Price setting, LPG 3 Kg, Tas’ir Al-jabariAbstrak. Pasar rentan dengan sejumlah kecurangan dan juga perbuatan ketidakadilan yang menzalimi pihak lain, pasar tidak terlepas dengan pembentukan harga atau penetapan harga.  Dalam Fiqh muamalah terdapat suatu teori penetapan harga yang disebut dengan teori tas’ir a-ljabari yaitu penetapan harga yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah karena pertimbangan kemashlahatan secara umum. Salah satu contoh dari penetapan harga yaitu penetapan harga LPG.  Kejadian dalam  lingkungan masyarakat harga LPG 3 Kg di pangkalan lebih tinggi dari harga yang telah ditetapkan atau Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) sehingga masyarakat terpaksa membeli karena kebutuhan  rumah tangga walaupun harganya mahal. Sehingga penulis melakukan penelitian, Bagaimana teori tas’ir al-jabari dalam Fiqh muamalah, Bagaimana penetapan penjualan LPG di Moh. Toh Kota Bandung, serta Bagaimana tinjauan teori tas’ir al-jabari terhadap penetapan harga penjualan LPG di Moh. Toha Kota Bandung.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Subjek penelitian adalah di Moh. Toha Kota Bandung dan objek penelitian adalah pangkalan LPG di Moh. Toha Kota Bandung.Hasil penelitian: Pertama, teori tas’ir al-jabari adalah penetapan harga yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah karena pertimbangan kemashlahatan secara umum. Kedua, pangkalan sudah sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah dan ada juga pangkalan yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah. Ketiga, jika ditinjau dalam teori tas’ir al-jabari pangkalan masih dianggap sesuai karena kenaikannya tidak berlebihan yang menyebabkan kerugian terhadap konsumen.Kata kunci: Penetapan harga, LPG 3 Kg, Tas’ir Al-jabari
