dc.description The background of this research is based on first of all by, the use of type of cooperative agreement on franchise business. Whereas regarding the franchise agreement is already regulated by the laws and regulations in Article 4 of Government Regulation no. 42 of 2007 on franchising. That the franchise is held under a written agreement between the Franchisor, which is basically a franchise agreement are one aspect of legal protection that regulates all forms of activities related to franchising. The second background is about setting uniformity of flavors in the cooperation agreement since a franchise requires a uniformity of flavors. This study aims to determine how the essence of the use of the type of cooperation agreement on a franchise business by looking at the characteristics of the franchise agreement and knowing how the parties regulate the uniformity of flavors on the agreement itself.
dc.description Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pertama, penggunaan jenis perjanjian kerjasama pada usaha waralaba. Padahal mengenai perjanjian waralaba tersebut telah diatur oleh  peraturan perundang-undangan dalam Pasal 4 Peraturan Pemerintah No. 42 Tahun 2007 tentang waralaba bahwa waralaba diselenggarakan berdasarkan perjanjian tertulis antara Pemberi Waralaba. pada dasarnya perjanjian waralaba merupakan salah satu aspek perlindungan hukum yang mengatur segala bentuk kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan waralaba. Latar belakang kedua yakni mengenai pengaturan keseragaman rasa pada perjanjian kerjasama tersebut. Karena dalam waralaba menuntut adanya keseragaman rasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana esensi penggunaan jenis perjanjian kerjasama pada usaha waralaba dengan melihat ciri-ciri dari perjanjian waralaba dan mengetahui bagaimanakah para pihak mengatur mengenai keseragaman rasa pada perjanjian kerjasama tersebut.
