This writing is motivated by the role of political parties formed on the basis of a desire to unite various groups of society so that their thoughts and orientations can be consolidated. But now, his energy is drained by political problems that are unrelenting. Paradoxically, the politics that should lead to the race to defend the interests of the people, the nation and the state but what happens is only the struggle for the economy and the power and interests of the political elite of a particular party and party only. This research is a normative juridical legal research with applicable legislation approach. The sources and types of legal materials used are primary legal materials supported by secondary and tertiary legal materials. In analyzing the data that have been obtained by way of classifying primary and secondary law material and then analysis using qualitative normative method in the form of description to be drawn conclusion. From the result of the research and discussion resulted the conclusion based on the law number 17 years 2013 about social organization and law number 2 years 2011 about political party that is First, political party has a position and very important role in every democracy system. The Party plays a very strategic liaison role between government processes and citizens. Secondly, the Government as an agent with a direct interest in political socialization. This is because the government is the organizer of the political system and has a duty to maintain its stability. |

Penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peran partai politik dibentuk atas dasar keinginan untuk menyatukan berbagai kelompok masyarakat sehingga pikiran dan orientasi mereka dapat dikonsolidasikan.. Namun saat ini, energinya terkuras oleh masalah politik yang tiada henti-hentinya. Paradoksnya, politik yang semestinya bermuara pada perlombaan untuk membela kepentingan rakyat, bangsa dan negara namun yang terjadi hanyalah perebutan ekonomi dan kekuasaan serta kepentingan elit politik segolongan dan partai tertentu saja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Sumber dan jenis bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer yang didukung bahan hukum sekunder dan tersier. Dalam menganalisis data yang telah diperoleh tersebut dengan cara mengklasifikasi bahan hukum primer dan sekunder kemudian analisis dengan menggunakan metode normatif kualitatif dalam bentuk uraian untuk dapat ditarik kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dihasilkan kesimpulan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 tahun 2013 tentang organisasi kemasyarakatan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 tahun 2011 tentang partai politik yaitu Pertama, Partai politik mempunyai posisi dan peranan yang sangat penting dalam setiap sistem demokrasi. Partai memainkan peran penghubung yang sangat strategis antara proses-proses pemerintahan dengan warga negara. Kedua, Pemerintah sebagai agen yang memiliki kepentingan yang bersifat langsung terhadap sosialisasi politik. Hal ini dikarenakan pemerintah adalah penyelenggara sistem politik dan memiliki tugas untuk tetap menjaga kestabilannya. |
