Abstract. Cybercrime is a crime that is currently growing rapidly. One of such crime is the exploitation and abuse of children facilitated by information and communication technology (ICT-facilitated child abuse and exploitation). Child pornography is one of that are the acts of sexual abuse and exploitation. Concerning to child pornography that threatens children's rights, international law has regulated it in the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography 2000 (OPSC). The purpose of research is to know the regulation and its implementation in the frame of legal protection against the child who becomes pornography victims in online media based on OPSC in Indonesia. The approach method in this research is normative juridical. Research specification in this research is Descriptive Analysis. The data in this research is obtained through literature study or document study. Data analysis method in this research is qualitative normative analysis. This research concluded in that there are some provisions embodied in OPSC which protect child who becomes pornography victim in online media on OPSC. The implementation of OPSC provisions conducted by Indonesia has not been effective.Keywords: Cybercrime, Child Pornography, Children’s Rights, OPSC.Abstrak. Cybercrime ialah kejahatan yang saat ini berkembang pesat. Salah satunya ialah eksploitasi dan pelecehan anak yang difasilitasi dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (ICT-Facilitated child abuse and exploitation). Pornografi anak merupakan salah satu dari tindakan pelecehan dan eksploitasi seksual tersebut. Terkait dengan pornografi anak yang mengancam hak anak, hukum internasional telah mengatur hal tersebut dalam Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography 2000 (OPSC). Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui pengaturan dan implementasi dalam rangka perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang menjadi korban di media online berdasarkan OPSC di Indonesia. Metode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Analisis. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan atau studi dokumen. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analasis normatif  kualitatif. Penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa beberapa ketentuan yang terkandung dalam OPSC melindungi anak yang menjadi korban pornografi di media online. Implementasi OPSC yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia belum efektif.Kata Kunci: Cybercrime, Pornografi Anak, Hak Anak, OPSC.Sampai saat ini, kasus-kasus Cybercrime semakin bertambah banyak, diantaranya ialah pornografi anak, yang merupakan salah sah satu pelecehan dan eksploitasi anak yang difasilitasi dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (ICT-facilitated child abuse and exploitation). Terkait dengan pornografi anak yang mengancam hak anak, hukum internasional telah mengatur hal tersebut dalam Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography 2000 (OPSC). telah meratifikasi OPSC pada 23 Juli 2012 melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pengesahan Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography. Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui pengaturan dan implementasi dalam rangka perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang menjadi korban di media online berdasarkan OPSC di Indonesia.
