Abstract. The emergence of an online motorcycle taxi as an application-based transportation makes it easier for everyone to access transportation. The development of the era makes drivers become more and more uncontrollable, causing several conflicts, ranging from clashes with ojek pangkalan, it is increasingly difficult to get customers because of more and more drivers, competition with other online ojeg. This makes it more difficult for a job to become a driver with changes in the current work situation. Of the many online motorcycle taxi drivers, there are now many online motorcycle taxi communities in Bandung. One of them is the ADC community where all members are drivers who are still studying and have also experienced at least one fictitious order. The purpose of this study is to describe of resilience in online motorcycle taxi drivers in the ADC community in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive study. The study involved 68 respondents of online motorcycle taxi drivers who are members of the ADC community in the city of Bandung as a population. Measuring instruments in research use a questionnaire developed from the concept of resilience theory from Reivich & Shatte (2002). The results showed that 30.9% of online motorcycle taxi drivers in the ADC community had high resilience, while 69.1% showed low resilience, with the highest dimension of impulse control 79.5%, and the lowest dimension was self efficacy (64.8%).Keywords: Online motorcycle taxi, Resilience, Reivich & Shatte Abstrak. Munculnya ojek online sebagai sarana transportasi berbasis aplikasi membuat semua orang semakin mudah mengakses transportasi. Semakin berkembangnya jaman membuat driver menjadi semakin banyak dan tak terkendali sehingga menimbulkan beberapa konflik, mulai dari bentrokan dengan ojek pangkalan, semakin sulit mendapatkan customer karena driver yang semakin banyak, persaingan dengan ojek online yang lain. Hal ini membuat semakin sulit pekerjaan menjadi driver dengan perubahan situasi kerja yang sekarang. Dari sekian banyak driver ojek online, kini muncul banyak komunitas ojek online yang ada di Bandung. Salah satunya adalah komunitas ADC dimana semua anggotanya merupakan driver yang masih menempuh pendidikan dan juga pernah setidaknya satu kali mengalami orderan fiktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat gambaran resiliensi yang ada pada driver ojek online di komunitas ADC di kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif. Penelitian melibatkan 68 orang responden driver ojek online yang tergabung pada komunitas ADC di kota Bandung sebagai populasi. Alat ukur dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan dari konsep teori resiliensi dari Reivich & Shatte (2002). Hasil penelitian menunjukan jika 30,9% dari driver ojek online di komunitas ADC memiliki resiliensi yang tinggi, sedangkan 69,1% menunjukan resiliensi yang rendah, dengan dimensi paling tinggi impulse control 79,5%, dan untuk dimensi yang paling rendah adalah self efficacy (64,8%).Kata kunci: Ojek online, Resiliensi, Reivich & Shatte |
