Abstract. The individual's life span will always be accompanied by specific tasks and characteristics at each stage of its development, not least at the stage of career development. Based on the stage of Donald E. Super's career development, the age of students taking a thesis is in the sub-stage of transition, which is to specialize in the choice of work. They must have been more specific in choosing a career, as well as the type of work they are interested in and have started trying to work part time. However, there are still students who have not been able to explain what plans they will do after graduating later. The purpose of this study is to see the extent of the description of career maturity in students who are taking thesis on 3 faculties at Bandung Islamic University, namely the Faculty of Law, Psychology, and Communication Sciences. Sampling was done using a cluster sampling technique obtained by respondents as many as 82 students. The measuring instrument used is The Australian Version of the Career Development Inventory that has been translated by researchers and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The results obtained indicate that 24% of students have mature career maturity categories, while 76% of other students have career maturity in the immature category. This means that the majority of respondents in this study are immature in their career maturity, but those related to competence in the career maturity of these respondents have developed a lot.Keywords: Career Maturity, Thesis, Students, and Faculty of Law, Psychology, Communication Sciences.Abstrak. Rentang kehidupan individu akan selalu diiringi dengan tugas dan ciri yang khas pada setiap tahap perkembangannya, tak terkecuali pada tahap perkembangan karir. Berdasarkan tahap perkembangan karir Donald E. Super, usia mahasiswa yang sedang mengambil skripsi berada di sub-tahap transtition, yaitu mengkhususkan pilihan pekerjaannya. Mereka harus sudah lebih spesifik dalam memilih karir, maupun jenis pekerjaan yang diminatinya dan sudah mulai mencoba bekerja paruh waktu. Akan tetapi masih ditemukan mahasiswa yang belum bisa menjelaskan rencana apa yang akan mereka lakukan setelah lulus kuliah nanti. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana gambaran kematangan karir pada mahasiswa yang sedang mengambil skripsi pada 3 fakultas di Universitas Islam Bandung, yaitu Fakultas Hukum, Psikologi, dan Ilmu Komunikasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling diperoleh responden sebanyak 82 mahasiswa. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah The Australian Version of The Career Development Inventory yang sudah diterjemahkan oleh peneliti dan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif yang berbentuk presentase. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa 24% mahasiswa memiliki kematangan karir kategori matang, sedangkan 76% mahasiswa lainnya memiliki kematangan karir kategori tidak matang. Artinya sebagian besar responden pada penelitian ini belum matang dalam kematangan karirnya, akan tetapi yang terkait dengan kompetensi pada kematangan karir para responden ini sudah banyak yang berkembang.
