Abstract. Relationship School Well-Being with Student Engagement on students of SMK X Bandung. School Middle-class Vocational (SMK) is education on level medium priority development ability for doing type work certain. School this have facilities that support expected school able to create conditions that can satisfying needs basic students to be in school. School Well-Being from Konu and Rimpelä (2002 ) is something circumstances school that allows individual satisfying needs essentially, covers having, loving, being, and health. Students who are prosperous will be related to enhancement academic, school attendance, security school, and mental health. But on reality students, department marketing at school this often breaking regulations because feel bored with activities in the during hours of learning in the classroom or outside of class, students too less productive in activities learn teaching. However SMK X students indicated breaking rules in the learning process teach refer to from theory Fredricks, (2004) is Student Engagement. Research this aiming for knowing how much tightly relationship School Well-Being with Student Engagement on students at SMK X Bandung. Research this is research population class XI with respondent as many as 40 people who aim look how much tightly correlation between school well-being with student engagement. Results correlation from research this is 0.664 which shows that there is a strong relationship and significant between School Well-Being with Student Engagement.Keywords:School Well-Being, Student Engagement, Vocational SchoolAbstrak. Hubungan School Well-Being dengan Student Engagement pada siswa SMK X Bandung. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) adalah pendidikan pada jenjang menengah yang mengutamakan pengembangan kemampuan untuk melaksanakan jenis pekerjaan tertentu. Sekolah ini memiliki fasilitas yang menunjang diharapkan sekolah mampu menciptakan kondisi yang dapat memuaskan kebutuhan dasar siswa selama berada di sekolah. School Well-Being dari Konu dan Rimpelä (2002) merupakan suatu keadaan sekolah yang memungkinkan individu memuaskan kebutuhan dasarnya, meliputi having, loving, being, dan health. Siswa yang sejahtera akan berhubungan dengan peningkatan akademik, kehadiran di sekolah, keamanan sekolah dan kesehatan mental. Tetapi pada kenyataannya siswa jurusan pemasaran di sekolah ini sering melanggar peraturan karena merasa bosan dengan kegiatan di pada saat jam belajar di kelas maupun diluar kelas, siswa juga kurang produktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Namun siswa SMK X yang mengindikasikan melanggar aturan di proses belajar mengajar merujuk dari teori Fredricks, (2004) adalah Student Engangement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa erat hubungan School Well-Being dengan Student Engagement pada siswa di SMK X Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi kelas XI dengan responden sebanyak 40 orang yang bertujuan melihat seberapa erat korelasi antara school well-being dengan student engagement. Hasil korelasi dari penelitian ini adalah 0.664 yang menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara School Well-Being dengan Student Engagement.
