Abstract. In 2015 the Bandung City Government issued an obligation for all public and private schools to be able to run an inclusive education program. The existence of this inclusive education program has made teachers in Elementary Schools consider inclusion education difficult because teachers must be able to understand the conditions of children with special needs while the majority of teachers who teach in public elementary schools only hold PGSD degrees. However, this did not happen in one of the elementary schools in Bandung, namely Elementary Pioneer School X, which ran an inclusive education program from 2017. In Elementary Pioneer School X in Bandung City there were teachers who had a positive attitude towards inclusive education. which is required by the Bandung City Government where teachers feel helped by the existence of an inclusive education program. This research is a population study with a population of 50 respondent. The purpose of this research is to look at attitudes towards inclusive education in teachers The theory used refers to the understanding of the attitude of Eagly and Chaiken (1993). This study uses a correlation method with Rank Spearman correlation test. Measuring tool used for attitudes, namely MATIES from Marian Mahat (2008). Pada tahun 2015 Pemerintah Kota Bandung mengeluarkan kewajiban bagi seluruh sekolah baik negeri maupun swasta untuk dapat menjalankan program pendidikan inklusi. Adanya program pendidikan inklusi ini membuat guru-guru yang berada di Sekolah Dasar Negeri menganggap bahwa pendidikan inklusi menyulitkan karena guru harus dapat memahami kondisi anak berkebutuhan khusus sedangkan mayoritas guru yang mengajar di sekolah dasar negeri ini hanya bergelar PGSD. Namun, hal tersebut tidak terjadi di salah satu sekolah dasar negeri di Kota Bandung, yaitu Sekolah Dasar Negeri Percobaan X yang menjalankan program pendidikan inklusi dari tahun 2017. Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Percobaan X Kota Bandung terdapat guru-guru yang memiliki sikap positif terhadap pendidikan inklusi yang diwajibkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Bandung dimana guru merasa terbantu dengan adanya program pendidikan inklusi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sikap terhadap pendidikan inklusi pada guru. Teori yang digunakan mengacu kepada pengertian Sikap dari Eagly and Chaiken (1993). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi dengan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk Sikap, yaitu MATIES dari Marian Mahat (2008))Keywords: Attitudes Towards Inclusive Education, Teachers. |
