Abstract.Coffee is rich in phenolic compounds such as phenolic acid, polyphenols, and flavonoids which contain antioxidant activity. One of the coffee that is often consumed comes from the Malabar region, West Java, namely Robusta coffee and Semendo, South Sumatra, Robusta Luwak coffee. Therefore the purpose of this study was to compare the antioxidant activity between robusta coffee extract and pulp compared to robusta civet coffee extract and pulp. The material was extracted by Soxhlet method using 70% ethanol. The extraction process produces liquid extract. Testing of antioxidant activity using DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) at a wavelength of 515.5 nm, showed the highest activity shown by robusta coffee ie IC50 at 50 ppm, robusta Luwak coffee 57 ppm, while Robusta coffee pulp had IC50 72 ppm and Robusta civet coffee pulp IC50 208 ppm. The results showed that the antioxidant activity in the two coffees included the strong antioxidant activity but on robusta civet coffee pulp the antioxidant activity was of moderate intensity.Keywords:Coffee,Luwak,Robusta,(Coffea canephora Pierre ex A. Kopi kaya akan senyawa fenolik seperti asam fenolat, polifenol, dan flavanoid yang mengandung aktivitas antioksidan. Salah satunya kopi yang sering dikonsumsi berasal dari daerah Malabar, Jawa Barat yaitu kopi robusta dan Semendo, Sumatera selatan, kopi luwak robusta. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan aktivitas antioksidan antara ekstak dan ampas kopi  robusta dibandingkan dengan ekstrak dan ampas kopi luwak robusta. Bahan diekstraksi dengan metode soxhlet menggunakan pelarut etanol 70%. Proses ekstraksi menghasilkan ekstrak cair. Pengujian aktivitas antioksidan dengan menggunakan DPPH (1,1-difenil-2-pikrilhidrazil) pada panjang gelombang 515,5 nm, memperlihatkan aktivitas tertinggi ditunjukan oleh kopi robusta yaitu IC50 sebesar 50 ppm, kopi luwak robusta 57 ppm, sedangkan ampas kopi robusta memiliki IC50 72 ppm dan ampas kopi luwak robusta IC50 208 ppm. Hasil menunjukan bahwa aktivitas antioksidan pada kedua kopi tersebut termasuk pada aktivitas antioksidan golongan kuat namun pada ampas kopi luwak robusta aktivitas antioksidannya memiliki intensitas yang sedangKata Kunci: Kopi, luwak, robusta, (Coffea canephora Pierre ex A.
