Abstract. Fungal infection is one of the diseases that is still a health problem in Indonesia. Boroko leaves (Celosia argentea L.) are believed to have various efficacies in the world of medicine, one of them is to treat diseases caused by fungal infections. This study aims to determine antifungal activity, MIC, and the equality of ethanol extract of boroko leaves against ketoconazole. Extraction was done by maceration method using ethanol 96% solvent. The extract obtained was tested for antifungal activity against Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger. The method used for the testing antifungal activity is agar diffusion using Cup-plate technique. The results showed that the ethanol extract of boroko leaves provided inhibitory activity against Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger.  Ethanol extract of boroko leaves inhibit the growth of Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger at a concentration of 10%; 8%; 6%; 4% and 2% with MIC at a concentration of 1% which gave an inhibition diameter of 9,81 mm on Candida albicans and 7,65 mm on Aspergillus niger. The value equality of the ethanol extract of boroko leaves on ketoconazole in Candida albicans was 1 mg ethanol extract from boroko leaves was equivalent to 0,013 mg of ketoconazole, while in  Aspergillus niger was 1 mg ethanol extract from boroko leaves was equivalent to 0,035 mg of ketoconazole.Keywords: Boroko leaves, antifungal, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger Abstrak. Infeksi jamur termasuk salah satu penyakit yang masih merupakan masalah kesehatan di Indonesia. Daun boroko (Celosia argentea L.) dipercaya memiliki berbagai macam khasiat dalam dunia pengobatan, salah satunya untuk mengobati penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh infeksi jamur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan aktivitas antijamur, KHM, dan kesetaraan ekstrak etanol daun boroko terhadap ketokonazol. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Ekstrak yang diperoleh diuji aktivitas antijamur terhadap Candida albicans dan Aspergillus niger. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengujian antijamur adalah metode difusi agar cara sumuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun boroko memberikan aktivitas penghambatan terhadap Candida albicans dan Aspergillus niger. Ekstrak etanol daun boroko menghambat pertumbuhan Candida albicans dan Aspergillus niger pada konsentrasi 10%; 8%; 6%; 4% dan 2% dengan KHM pada konsentrasi 1% yang memberikan diameter hambat 9,81 mm pada Candida albicans dan 7,65 mm pada Aspergillus niger. Nilai kesetaraan ekstrak etanol daun boroko terhadap ketokonazol pada Candida albicans adalah 1 mg ekstrak daun boroko setara dengan 0,013 mg ketokonazol, sedangkan pada Aspergillus niger adalah 1 mg ekstrak etanol daun boroko setara dengan 0,035 mg ketokonazol.Kata kunci: Daun boroko, antijamur, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger
