Abstract. Worm infection is an infection that is common infect to Indonesian which usually treated by synthetic anthelmintic. One of the medicinal plants that is thought to have anthelmintic activity is Moringa (Moringa oleifera Lam). This study aims to determine the anthelmintic activity in infusion and ethanol extract of Moringa oleifera Lam leaves against roundworm (Ascaris suum Goeze) and eggs, to determine the effective concentration of anthelmintic activity. Tests were divided into 3 groups, the test group (ethanol extract concentrations of 7%, 3%, 5% and infusion concentrations of 10%, 5%, 2,5%), control group (NaCl, CMCNa solution), comparison group (pirantel pamoat, piperazin citrate for adult worms, albendazole for worm eggs). The observed parameters  for anthelmintic activity test in adult worm were paralysis and mortality, and percent inhibition for worm eggs. The results of infusion and extract of Moringa leaves have anthelmintic activity by causing spastic paralysis and causing ovisidal effects on worm eggs. The reasult of testing on adult worms showed that extract of moringa leaves concentration of 3% and infusion of Moringa leaves 10% have the highest anthelmintic activity.Keywords: Anthelmintic, Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera Lam), Roundworm (Ascaris suum Goeze)  Abstrak. Infeksi cacing merupakan suatu infeksi yang umum terjadi pada masyarakat Indonesia yang biasanya diobati oleh obat antelmintik sintetis. Salah satu tanaman obat yang diduga memiliki aktivitas antelmintik adalah kelor (Moringa oleifera Lam). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antelmintik pada infusa dan ekstrak etanol daun kelor (Moringa oleifera Lam) terhadap cacing babi (Ascaris suum Goeze) beserta telurnya, mengetahui konsentrasi yang efektif tehadap aktivitas antelmintik. Pengujian dibagi dalam 3 kelompok, kelompok uji (ekstrak etanol konsentrasi 7%, 3%, 5% b/v dan infusa konsentrasi 10%, 5%, 2,5% b/v),  Kelompok kontrol (larutan NaCl, CMCNa), kelompok pembanding (pirantel pamoat, piperazin sitrat untuk cacing dewasa, albendazol untuk telur cacing). Parameter yang diamati untuk uji aktivitas cacing dewasa adalah tipe serta waktu paralisis dan kematian cacing, dan persen inhibisi untuk telur cacing. Hasil menujukan infusa dan ekstrak daun kelor memiliki aktivitas antelmintik dengan menyebabkan paralisis spastik dan menyebabkan efek ovisidal pada telur cacing. Aktivitas paling baik ditunjukan pada ekstrak daun kelor konsentrasi 3% b/v dan infusa daun kelor 10% b/v.Kata kunci: Antelmintik, daun kelor (Moringa oleifera Lam), cacing babi (Ascaris suum Goeze)
