Abstract. In short-term production (Short Production Run) usually does not have sufficient data to implement SPC by using a classic diagram because of different products. To find out whether the process is controlled or not, then presented in the Short-Run Control Diagram for and . In making the short-run control chart and for multiproducts measured is one item. Then determined the Upper Control Limit ( ) and Lower Control Limit ( ). This thesis discusses the Short-Run Control Diagram R and for multi-product and multivariable. The data used are the results of the production of hard felt (the fabric layer of the frame in the car) and needle punch (layer of the fabric roof of the car) at PT. Hilon Indonesia period 10-14 May 2018. The results are obtained in the Short-Run Control Diagram all points are within the control limits ( and ), so that the short-term process for the Hard Felt and Needle Punch products can be controlled. With variations in width and length values for Hard Felt and Needle Punch products, it can be controlled. Whereas for the Short-Run Control Chart there is a point that is outside the control limits ( and ) where the point is the width value of the Needle Punch product, so that the short-term process for the Hard Felt and Needle Punch products is uncontrolled. With an average of width and length values for the Hard Felt and Needle Punch products are not controlled.Keyword: Statistical Proses Control (SPC), Short-Run Control Chart.Abstrak.Pada produksi jangka pendek (ShortProduction Run) biasanya tidak memiliki data yang cukup memadai untuk melaksanakan SPC dengan menggunakan diagram klasik karena produk yang berbeda. Untuk mengetahui proses terkendali atau tidak maka disajikan pada Diagram KontrolShort-Run untukR dan . Dalam membuat diagram kontrol short-run dan untuk multiproduk yang diukur adalah satu item. Kemudian ditentukan Upper Control Limit dan Lower Control Limit . Skripsi ini membahas Diagram KontrolShort-Run R dan untuk multiproduk dan multivariabel. Data yang digunakan yaitu hasil produksi Hard Felt (lapisan kain rangka dalam mobil) dan Needle Punch (lapisan kain atap mobil) pada PT. Hilon Indonesia periode 10-14 Mei 2018. Hasilnya didapatkan pada Diagram Kontrol Short-Run semua titik berada di dalam batas kendali dan , sehingga proses jangka pendek untuk produk Hard Felt dan Needle Punch proses dapat terkendali. Dengan variasi dari nilai lebar dan panjang untuk produk Hard Felt dan Needle Punch dapat terkontrol. Sedangkan untuk Diagram Kontrol Short-Run terdapat titik yang berada diluar batas kendali dan dimana titik tersebut merupakan nilai lebar dari produk Needle Punch, sehingga proses jangka pendek untuk produk Hard Felt dan Needle Punch proses tidak terkendali. Dengan rata-rata dari nilai lebar dan panjang untuk produk Hard Felt dan Needle Punch tidak terkontrol.Kata Kunci: Statistical Proses Control (SPC), Short-Run Control Chart |
