Abstract. PT Semen Bosowa Maros is one of the mining companies that conduct limestone mining, where limestone is mined directly processed by PT Semen Bosowa Maros to be used as cement, with a mixture of other materials. Currently the cement production target of PT Semen Bosowa Maros reaches 5,583,150 tons / year, of which the production is 70% for domestic use and 30% for export. Of the 6 available transportation equipment, it was seen that the difference in standby hours of transportation was very significant, the HD-03 and HD-05 transport vehicles were very different in standby time. In the distribution of transportation equipment working hours, it is still not optimal because many devices do not work, some transport equipment has a standby time that is higher than its working time, one of the causes is that crushers are often full and jammed, so the conveyor must wait for the crusher to be empty and ready filled with material. From the target supply to the crusher as much as 465,262.5 tons per month, it only reached 273,654.5 tons in a month. The productivity of each tool is not optimal, because there are other factors that cause transport equipment to have a lot of waiting time, which results in production targets not being achieved. The average result of calculation of availability and use of tools based on the value of Mechanical Availability is 98.10% which means that Mechanical Availability is very good. For the Phisycal Availability value is obtained a value of 98.63% which means that the physical availability is also very good. For the value of usage availability of 71.87% which means Use of Availability is good, and for the Effective of Utilization is obtained a value of 70.88% which means that the effective use is being.Keywords: Productivity, Availability and use of tools Abstrak. PT Semen Bosowa Maros merupakan salah satu perusahaan tambang yang melakukan penambangan batugamping, dimana batuan gamping yang ditambang diolah langsung oleh PT Semen Bosowa Maros untuk dijadikan semen, dengan campuran material lainnya. Saat ini target produksi semen PT Semen Bosowa Maros mencapai 5.583.150 ton/tahun, dimana produksinya diperuntukan 70% untuk dalam negri dan 30% untuk diekspor. Dari 6 alat angkut yang tersedia, telihat perbedaan jam standby alat angkut yang sangat signifikan, alat angkut HD-03 dan HD-05 sangat berbeda jauh waktu standbynya. Dalam pembagian jam kerja alat angkut, masih belum optimal dikarenakan banyak alat yang tidak bekerja, beberapa alat angkut memiliki waktu standby yang lebih tinggi dari waktu kerjanya, salah satu penyebabnya adalah crusher yang sering penuh dan macet, sehingga alat angkut harus menunggu crusher kosong dan siap diisi oleh material. Dari target supply ke crusher sebanyak 465.262,5 ton per bulan hanya tercapai 273.654,5 ton dalam sebulan. Produktivitas masing-masing alat belum optimal, dikarenakan ada faktor lain yang mangakibatkan alat angkut menjadi memiliki banyak waktu tunggu, yang mengakibatkan target produksi tidak tercapai. Hasil rata-rata perhitungan ketersediaan dan penggunaan alat berdasarkan nilai Mechanical Availability sebesar 98,10% yang artinya Mechanical Availability sangat baik. Untuk nilai Phisycal Availability didapat nilai sebesar 98,63% yang artinya ketersediaan fisiknya pun sangat baik. Untuk nilai ketersediaan pengunaan sebesar 71,87% yang artinya Use of Availability baik, dan untuk Efective of Utilization didapat nilai sebesar 70,88% yang artinya penggunaan efektifnya sedang.Kata kunci : Produktivitas, Ketersediaan dan penggunaan alat |
