Abstract. CV. Cahaya Press Subur is one of the companies that handles the planning of the procurement of landfill material for highway road development needs. Constraints in mining on this site are mining conditions that are relatively close to residential residents which requires proper time management so that mining activities run well. CV CPS has a mining strip area of 349,294,810 m2 or about 35 hectares with the lowest elevation at 42 m, and highest elevation is at 61 m with open pit mining methods with an opening of 11.2 hectares of mining area . The resource of soil material obtained in this area is 158,407,592 m3 of insitu which is calculated with the help of software. Production plan is 150,000 LCM / year with soil material in the form of volcanic breccia and breccia tuff. Time to complete the mining activity planned for 5 years resulting The equipment in the mining plan will use 2 units of Komatsu PC excavators with heaped bucket capacity of 0.93 m3 of 200-7 heapedbucket which are used for loading materials, and dredging material. To assist the dredging process using, the transportation uses a dumptruck Hino FM 250 Ti with a capacity of 26 tons with a volume of 22.44m3. For mining infrastructure, the mining road is 8.6 meters wide on a straight road, and 16.07 meters wide on a road with a slope of 10%.Keywords: Mining Design, Open Pit Mining Abstrak. CV. Cahaya Press Subur merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menangani perencanaan pengadaan material tanah urug untuk kebutuhan pembangunan jalan tol. Kendala dalam penambangan di site ini adalah kondisi penambangan yang relatif dekat dengan perumahan warga sehingga dibutuhkan manajemen waktu yang pas agar kegiatan penambangan berjalan baik. Area CV CPS memiliki lUP penambangan dengan luas area penambangan yaitu 349.294,810 m2 atau sekitar 35 hektar dengan elevasi terendah berada di 42 m, dan elevasi tertinggi berada di 61 m dengan metode penambangan open pit mining dengan luas bukaan penambangan 11,2 hektar. Sumberdaya material tanah yang didapatkan di area ini adalah sebanyak 158.407,592 m3 insitu yang dihitung menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak. Rencana produksi 150.000 LCM/tahun dengan material tanah berupa lapukan breksi vulkanik dan lapukan breksi tufaan. Waktu penambangan sekitar 5 tahun. Peralatan yang digunakan dalam penambangan rencana akan menggunakan 2 unit excavator Komatsu PC 200-7 berkapasitas heapedbucket 0,93 m3 yang digunakan untuk proses loading material, dan pengerukan material. Untuk membantu proses pengerukan menggunakan, Pengangkutan menggunakan dumptruck Hino FM 250 Ti kapasitas 26 ton dengan volume bak 22,44m3. Untuk prasarana tambang yaitu jalan tambang memerlukan lebar 8,6 meter pada jalan lurus, dan lebar 16,07m pada jalan menikung dengan kemiringan 10%.Kata Kunci : Desain Penambangan, Open Pit Mining. |
