Abstract. PT Putra Muba Coal is a coal mining company that is located in Sungai lilin district, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. Research area focused on mining activity of Sena-extend block located in southern of IUP PT Putra Muba Coal. In September, coal production reached 95,720 tons / month, coal production reached 76,558 tons / month with coal mining percentage 80%, resulting in unachieved coal production 19,162 tons / month, while overburden removal was 296,670 bcm / month with an overburden mining percentage of 97%., production realization 288,702 bcm / month, resulting in unexpected overburden production difference 7,968 bcm / month. In October 2017 coal production plans increased to 97,310 tons / month, but realized coal production reached 94,852 tons / month with overburden mining percentage of 97%, so difference between the production plan and the realization was 2,458 tons / month. For overburden removal plan 376,720 bcm / month with overburden mining percentage of 97%, realization production amounted to 366,996 bcm / month, resulting in unabated overburden production difference of 9,724 bcm / month. Based on production results obtained it can be concluded that such a results is not in accordance with plan that has been determined, in order to achieve plan that has been determined then next needs to be done control of the activities of the mining operation in Pit area Sena-extend, increased elevation of road surface, reduces blind spot and supervision of heavy equipment operator. Map mine progress in September starting from topography of original at elevation 27 meters above sea level until the floor of mines elevation of 5 meters above sea level with height of overall highwall 18 m, while the progress mines of month of October started from floor of mines elevation of 5 meters above sea level up to floor mine 0 meters above sea level with height of overall highwall 24 m.Keywords: Coal, Production, Evaluation. Abstrak. PT Putra Muba Coal adalah perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang berlokasi di Desa Mekarjadi, Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Area penelitian difokuskan pada kegiatan penambangan blok Pit Sena-extend yang terletak pada bagian selatan IUP PT Putra Muba Coal. Pada bulan September rencana produksi batubara sebesar 95.720 ton/bulan, realisasi produksi batubara sebesar 76.558 Ton/bulan dengan prosentasi penambangan batubara sebesar 80%, sehingga selisih produksi batubara yang tidak tercapai sebesar 19.162 ton/bulan, sedangkan untuk rencana pengupasan overburden sebesar 296.670 bcm/bulan, realisasi produksi sebesar 288.702 bcm/bulan, dengan prosentasi penambangan overburden sebesar 97%, sehingga selisih produksi overburden yang tidak tercapai sebesar 7.968 bcm/bulan. Pada bulan Oktober 2017 rencana produksi batubara meningkat menjadi 97.310 ton/bulan, namun realisasi produksi batubara yang tercapai sebesar 94.852 ton/bulan dengan prosentasi penambangan overburden sebesar 97%, sehingga selisih antara rencana produksi dan realisasi adalah sebesar 2.458 ton/bulan. Untuk rencana pengupasan overburden sebesar 376.720 bcm/bulan dengan prosentasi penambangan overburden sebesar 97%, realisasi produksi sebesar 366.996 bcm/bulan, sehingga selisih produksi overburden yang tidak tercapai sebesar 9.724 bcm/bulan. Berdasarkan hasil produksi yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil tersebut tidak sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditentukan, agar dapat mencapai rencana yang telah ditentukan maka selanjutnya perlu dilakukan pengontrolan terhadap kegiatan operasi penambangan di area Pit Sena-extend, peningkatan elevasi permukaan jalan, mengurangi blind spot dan pengawasan terhadap operator alat berat. Peta kemajuan tambang pada bulan September dimulai dari topografi original pada elevasi 27 mdpl sampai lantai tambang elevasi 5 mdpl dengan ketinggian overall highwall 18 m, sedangkan kemajuan tambang bulan Oktober dimulai dari lantai tambang elevasi 5 mdpl sampai lantai tambang 0 mdpl dengan ketinggian overall highwall 24 m.Kata kunci : Batubara, Produksi, Evaluasi. |
