Abstract. PT Pertamina EP Asset 3 Subang Field SP Subang - Pegaden SP is an Exploration and Production unit. In the condensate transportation process, PT Pertamina EP Asset 3 Subang Field SP Subang - SP Pegaden uses steel pipes. In its use can occur damage or leakage in the pipe due to corrosion. Corrosion is a decrease in the quality of metal materials caused by electrochemical reactions between metal materials and ions contained in their environment. Supervision and control of corrosion can prevent leakage and reduce the remaining service life of the SP Subang - SP Pegaden condensate transportation pipeline. This corrosion research in the condensate transportation pipeline aims to find out the type of corrosion that occurs, the corrosion control method applied, the corrosion rate and the remaining life of the pipe. SP Subang - SP Pegaden condensate transportation pipeline has a pipe above the ground (using a buffer) along 8 km and underground (underground) along the 24 km. In this study, the environmental conditions of the SP Subang - SP Pegaden condensate transportation pipeline have an ambient temperature of 18 - 32˚C, a soil pH of 5.6 - 6.4, and a soil resistivity of 665.68 - 5338 ohm.cm. Measurement of the actual thickness of the pipe is done by using a Long range ultrasonic testing (LRUT) at 110 measurement points with a total length of 32 km along the pipeline. Based on the thickness reduction data, the corrosion rate and the remaining service life of the pipe can be calculated. The types of corrosion that occur in condensate transport pipes are evenly distributed corrosion and well corrosion. Corrosion control methods applied were coating method with one layer coating type, namely Rust-Oelum 9400, wrapping method using polyken type 980 and cathodic protection method using magnesium sacrificial anode (Mg). Corrosion rate of SP Subang - SP Pegaden condensate transportation pipeline is 0.04 - 0.25 mm / year and is classified in the good - excellent category based on the relative corrosion standard table "Corrosion Of MPY With Equivalent Metric-Rate Expression". While the remaining life of the condensate transportation pipeline is 11.06 - 94.32 years.Keywords: Corrosion, Kondensat Transportation Pipes, Corrosion Rate, Remaining Service Life. Abstrak. PT Pertamina EP Asset 3 Subang Field SP Subang - SP Pegaden merupakan unit Eksplorasi dan Produksi. Pada proses transportasi kondensat, PT Pertamina EP Asset 3 Subang Field SP Subang - SP Pegaden menggunakan pipa baja. Pada penggunaannya dapat terjadi kerusakan atau kebocoran pada pipa akibat korosi. Korosi merupakan penurunan kualitas material logam yang disebabkan oleh reaksi elektrokimia antara material logam dengan ion – ion yang terdapat di lingkungannya. Pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap korosi dapat mencegah terjadinya kebocoran dan pengurangan sisa umur pakai pipa transportasi kondensat SP Subang – SP Pegaden.Penelitian korosi pada pipa transportasi kondensat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis korosi yang terjadi, metoda pengendalian korosi yang diaplikasikan, laju korosi dan sisa umur pakai pipa. Jalur pipa transportasi kondensat SP Subang – SP Pegaden memiliki pipa di atas tanah (menggunakan penyangga) sepanjang 8 km dan di bawah tanah (underground) sepanjang 24 km.Pada penelitian ini, kondisi lingkungan jalur pipa transportasi kondensat SP Subang – SP Pegaden memiliki suhu lingkungan 18 - 32˚C, pH tanah 5,6 – 6,4, dan resistivitas tanah 665,68 – 5338 ohm.cm. Pengukuran tebal aktual pipa dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat Long range ultrasonic testing (LRUT) pada 110 titik pengukuran dengan panjang total jalur pipa sepanjang 32 km. Berdasarkan data pengurangan tebal maka dapat dihitung laju korosi dan sisa umur pakai pipa.Jenis korosi yang terjadi pada pipa transportasi kondensat yaitu korosi merata dan korosi sumuran. Metoda pengendalian korosi yang diaplikasikan yaitu metoda coating dengan jenis one layers coating, yaitu rust-oelum 9400, metoda wrapping dengan menggunakan polyken type 980 dan metoda proteksi katodik dengan menggunakan anoda korban magnesium (Mg). Laju korosi pipa transportasi kondensat SP Subang – SP Pegaden 0,04 – 0,25 mm/tahun dan tergolong dalam kategori good – excellent berdasarkan tabel standar korosi relatif “Corrosion Of MPY With Equivalent Metric-Rate Expression”. Sedangkan sisa umur pakai pipa transportasi kondensat 11,06 – 94,32 tahun.Kata kunci : Korosi, Pipa Transportasi Kondensat, Laju Korosi, Sisa Umur Pakai Pipa.
