PT Semen Padang has two crushing plants which located in the front and
back area. Each has different production target. On the front area (only LSC II)
has a 262.100 ton/month production target. The back area has two crushers:
LSC IIIA with 211.200 ton/month and LSC IIIB with 218.400 ton/month of
production target. Therefore, the total production for limestone crusher is 692.000
ton/month. In the field, there are some issues that cause the failure to reach it.
This research aims to: (1) learn production target affecting factors, (2)
evaluate limestone crusher IIIA and IIIB performances, (3) calculate and assess
limestone crusher IIIA and IIIB feasibility level, (4) conduct improvements
simulation to increase limestone crusher IIIA and IIIB performances.
Improvements that can be done are: determining day shift and adding
more feed into limestone crusher IIIA and IIIB. If those were done, the production
target for limestone crusher IIIA can reach 187.419,456 ton/month, IIIB
306.224,05 ton/month. |

PT Semen Padang mempunyai 2 crushing plant (areal depan dan areal belakang), yang memiliki target produksi yang berbeda. Target produksi batugamping pada areal depan (LSC II) yaitu sebesar 262.100 ton/bulan, sedangkan pada areal belakang (LSC IIIA dan LSC IIIB) yaitu sebesar 429.600 ton/bulan. Dimana untuk target LSC IIIA sebesar 211.200 ton/bulan, sedangkan untuk LSC IIIB sebesar 218.400 ton/bulan. Oleh karena itu, target produksi total yang ditetapkan untuk limestone crusher adalah sebesar 692.000 ton/bulan. Fakta di lapangan menunjukkan ada beberapa masalah yang menyebabkan tidak tecapainya target produksi tersebut. Tujuan dilakukan nya penelitian ini yaitu: (1) mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi batukapur, (2) mengevaluasi kinerja Lime Stone Crusher IIIA dan Lime Stone Cruher IIIB, (3) menghitung dan menilai tingkat kelayakan unit Lime Stone Crusher IIIA dan Lime Stone Cruher IIIB, (4) membuat simulasi perbaikan untuk peningkatan kinerja Lime Stone Crusher IIIA dan Lime Stone Cruher IIIB. Simulasi upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pada Lime Stone Crusher IIIA dan Lime Stone Cruher IIIB, menetapkan hari gilir pada unit Lime Stone Crusher IIIA dan Lime Stone Cruher IIIB, serta penambahan umpan pada Lime Stone Crusher IIIA dan Lime Stone Cruher IIIB. Berdasarkan upaya peningkatan didapatkan produktifitas Lime Stone Crusher IIIA sebesar 187.419,456 ton/bulan dan produktifitas Lime Stone Crusher IIIB menjadi 306.224,05 ton/bulan. |
