Abstract. PT Minemex Indonesia is a coal company that is located in Talang Sedang, Mandiangin, Sarolangun, Jambi Province. The research location was in Block B PT Minemex. The mining system was an open pit mines system with an open pit method, and the pattern loading was top loading. The coal mining was carried out with two units of Kobelco SK - 330 used as excavators to serve eight units of Mitsubishi PS–220 haulers, which by using the combination of haulers and excavators were not compatible, caused queue of the front mining, a time of resistance (due to technical factors) which makes an inefficient coal mining activity.To find a combination of haulers and excavators that can be matched and fulfilled the production target, need to be studied in the productivity formula, where factors are related to the time constraints due to technical factors, match factors, work efficiency and the production of mechanical devices.From the field observation and work efficiency of 40.48% with MF 1.35 and the production of 138,338.96 tons/month, then a reduction in the number of the transport equipment (combination into two units of excavators and six units of haulers). Thus, the work efficiency became 66,96% with MF 1.04 and the production of 140,493.33 tons/month. The coal mining became more efficient (66.96%) with matching haulers and excavators (MF 1.04) by using a combination of new conveyors, and the combination can fulfill the production targets that have been set.Keyword : Keywords: Match Factor, Productivity, Production, Work Efficiency. Abstrak. PT Minemex Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang berlokasi Desa Talang Sedang Kecamatan Mandiangin Kabupaten Sarolangun Provinsi Jambi.. Lokasi penelitian berada di Block B PT Minemex. Sistem penambangan yang diterapkan adalah sistem tambang terbuka dengan metode open pit dan pola pemuatannya yaitu top loading.Proses pengambilan batubara dilakukan dengan 2 unit Kobelco SK – 330 digunakan sebagai alat gali muat untuk melayani 8 unit alat angkut Mitsubishi PS – 220, dimana dengan mengunakan kombinasi tersebut alat angkut dan alat gali muat tidak serasi sehingga terjadi antrian di front penambangan, antrian di front penambangan merupakan waktu hambatan (karna faktor teknis) yang membuat kegiatan pengambilan batubara tidak efisien. Untuk mendapatkan kombinasi alat angkut dan alat gali muat yang serasi dan bisa memenuhi target produksi perlu dilakukan kajian pada rumus produktivitas, di mana faktor yang dipertimbangkan yaitu waktu hambatan karena faktor teknis, faktor keserasian,efisiensi kerja dan produksi alat mekanis.Dari hasil pengamatan dilapangan dan dilakukan perhitungan didapat efisiensi kerja sebesar 40,48 % dengan MF 1,35 dan produksi sebesar 138.338,96 Ton/Bulan, kemudian dilakukan pengurangan jumlah alat angkut (kombinasi menjadi 2 unit alat gali muat dan 6 unit alat angkut) sehingga efisiensi kerja menjadi 66,96 % dengan MF 1,04 dan produksi sebesar produksi 140.493,33 Ton/Bulan. Dengan mengunakan kombinasi alat angkut yang baru pekerjaan pengambilan batubara menjadi lebih efisien (66,96%) dengan alat angkut dan alat gali muat yang serasi (MF 1,04) dan kombinasi tersebut bisa memenuhi target produksi yang sudah ditetapkan.Kata Kunci : Faktor Keserasian, Produktivitas, Produksi, Efisiensi Kerja. |
