PT Fajar Parahiyangan adalah salah satu perusahaan pertambangan di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang bahan galian batuan (andesit) yang terletak di Desa Kandang Mukti, Kecamatan Leles, Kabupaten Leles, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pada umumnya kegiatan dari penambangan yang dilakukan akan mengubah bentuk rona awal dari permukaan rupa bumi atau bisa dikatakan mengubah fungsi awal dari suatu lahan. Oleh karena itu setiap perusahaan pertambangan diharuskan melakukan kegiatan reklamasi bentuk rupa bumi dan ekosistem yang telah rusak oleh kegiatan penambangan. Kegiatan reklamasi yang direncanakan oleh PT Fajar Parahiyangan diawali dengan kegiatan penatagunaan lahan, penyebaran tanah pucuk serta perataan permukaan tanah yang dibantu dengan menggunakan alat mekanis dalam pengerjaannya. Kegiatan reklamasi di PT Fajar Parahiyangan dilaksanakan pada tahun ke-3, tahun ke-4 dan tahun ke-5 yang mana di tiap tahunnya diperkirakan pengerjaannya dikerjakan dalam waktu 1-3 bulan. Biaya reklamasi yang diperlukan PT Fajar Parahiyangan terdiri dari komponen biaya langsung tahun ke -3 Rp ± 402.077.584,- , Biaya langsung tahun ke -4 Rp ± 182.913.457,- , tahun ke -4 Rp ± 317.235.330,- dan Biaya tidak langsung terdiri dari (Biaya mobilisasi dan demobilisasi = Rp ± 22.553.909,- , Biaya perencanaan reklamasi Rp ± 18.094.127,- , Biaya administrasi Rp ± 27.064.691,- , Biaya supervisi Rp ± 18.043.127,-).Kata kunci : Tambang Andesit, Reklamasi dan Biaya Reklamasi. |
