Abstract. CV. Surya Prima Artha is one of the companies are running on andesit mining which in the implementation of activities using open pit method with quarry mine system, and mining process does elevation to elevation and configurate a bench at the end mining process cover material which is top spioil will be moved to the location of the former mining block openings for reclamation. Implementation of reclamation running often not optimal, so that the andesite's lava becomes horrible and has an impact to the environment. The purpose of this study was to know mining plan andesite, to know the process, to know pattern of implant at the mine land and  to knowthe material needs to be used in the reclamation activities at the research sites.This research is based on previous report about reclamation, legal regulation and data in the field  obiter reclamation wide area, pit section, and production target for the next  five years about progress the mining. To achieve the goal of reclamation required several types of plants which is, fertilizer plants (cover corps), core plants (sengon plants), and insert plants (kemalindingan plants) Required cover corps about 85.200 seeds/kg for planting period and divided for 2019 around 17.200 seeds/kg, 2020 around 9.200 seeds/kg, 2021 around 15.600 seeds/kg, 2022 around 15.600 seeds/kg and 2023 around 27.600 seeds/kg. Needed about 1333 seeds of core plants (sengon plants) and divided for 2019 around 269 seedlings, 2020 around 144 seedlings, 2021 around 244 seedlings. 2022 around 244 seedlings and 2023 around 432 seedlings. And needed about 1.229 seedlings insert plants (kemalindingan plants) and divided for 2019 around 248 seedlings, 2020 around 133 seedlings, 2021 around 225 seedlings, 2022 around 225 seedlings and 2023 around 398 seedlings.Keywords : Reclamation Planning, Mataerial Needed, Types Of Plants, And Planting Pattern. Abstract:   CV. Surya Prima Artha merupakan salah satu perusahaan bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan andesit yang pelaksanaan kegiatannya menggunakan metode tambang terbuka dengan sistem quarry mine, dimana penambangan dilakukan per elevasi dan membentuk sebuah jenjang (bench) pada akhir masa penambangan yang dimana material penutup berupa top soil akan kembali dipindahkan menuju lokasi bekas bukaan blok penambangan untuk dilakukan kegiatan reklamasi. Pelaksanaan reklamasi yang dilakukan seringkali tidak maksimal sehingga lahan bekas penambangan andesit berdampak pada kualitas lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui rencana penambangan andesit, mengetahui proses dan tahapan kegiatan reklamasi, mengetahui luasan area untuk reklamasi, mengetahui pola tanam pada lahan bekas tambang dan kebutuhan material yang akan digunakan pada kegiatan reklamasi di lokasi penelitian. Penelitian didasari dari laporan terdahulu mengenai reklamasi serta dasar-dasar hukum dan data-data yang dikumpulkan di lapangan berupa luas area reklamasi, luas bukaan penambangan, dan target produksi pertahun selama 5 tahun kemajuan tambang. Untuk mencapai tujuan reklamasi dibutuhkan beberapa jenis tanaman yaitu penyubur tanaman (cover crops), tanaman inti (tanaman sengon), dan tanaman sisipan (tanaman kemeladingan). Dibutuhkan cover crops dengan total cover crops yaitu sebanyak 85.200 benih/kg dengan peruntukan untuk Tahun 2019 sebanyak 17.200 benih/kg, Tahun 2020 sebanyak 9.200 benih/kg, Tahun 2021 sebanyak 15.600 benih/kg, Tahun 2022 sebanyak 15.600 benih/kg, dan Tahun 2023 sebanyak 27.600 benih/kg. Dibutuhkan tanaman inti (tanaman sengon) dengan total tanaman sengon yaitu sebanyak 1.333 bibit dengan peruntukan untuk Tahun 2019 sebanyak 269 bibit, Tahun 2020 sebanyak 144 bibit, Tahun 2021 sebanyak 244 bibit, Tahun 2022 sebanyak 244 bibit, dan Tahun 2023 sebanyak 432 bibit. Dibutuhkan tanaman sisipan dengan total tanaman sisipan yaitu sebanyak 1.229 bibit dengan peruntukan untuk Tahun 2019 sebanyak 248 bibit, Tahun 2020 sebanyak 133 bibit, Tahun 2021 sebanyak 225 bibit, Tahun 2022 sebanyak 225 bibit, dan Tahun 2023 sebanyak 398 bibit.Kata Kunci:   Rencana  Reklamasi, Kebutuhan Material, Jenis Tanaman dan Pola Penanaman.CV.
