Dalam melakukan perancangan kinerja perusahaan Balanced ScoreCard atau biasa disebut juga BSC mempunyai dua tahapan yakni perumusan strategi dan perencanaan strategi. BSC juga mempertimbangkan kinerja-kinerja non keuangan, yaitu pelanggan, proses internal bisnis, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Mengacu pada permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PD.Tenun Iwan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan untuk perumusan dalam menetapkan strategi yang akan diterapkan di PD.Tenun Iwan dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: 1) Dirumuskanya trendwaching bedasarkan perumusan manager PD.Tenun Iwan.2) Didapatnya Analisis SWOT yakni analaisis ekxternal dan Internal perusahaan.3) Dirumuskanya envisioning perusahaan yakni penetapan visi,misi,keyakinan dasar, nilai dasar, dan tujuan perusahaan.4) Dirumuskanya penetapan strategi dan didapatnya startegi yang akan digunkan yakni strategi diferensiasi dan cost leadership.5) Menetapkan sasaran-sasaran strategi yakni berdasar empat prespektif yang mengacu kedalam BSC yaitu prespektif keuangan, prespektif konsumen, prespekti proses dan prespektif pmbelajaran dan pertumbuhan.6)Diusulkannya rancangan company scorecard sebagai tahap awal dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis Balanced scorecard.
