Due to limited sources of fresh water for the needs and daily activities, the division of General Services (GS), Surface Facilities (SF); Healthy Safety Security and Environmental (HSSE) of PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Klayan do replanning project providing a source of raw water. PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Klayan is a big company that has housing complex and offices that need clean water. There are three (3) alternative solutions that have been established to be considered as the source of raw water to be used for the years 2015-2020. In this study, respondents were selected from three (3) divisions with consideration to have expertise in the supply of raw water source projects, namely General Services, Asset 3 Surface Facilities and Asset 3 Healthy Safety Security and Environmental. In determining the appropriate raw water source for the project, the parties' decision-makers / respondent would have to make an assessment of the criteria that should be considered in the decision situation. Therefore, in this study the authors using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to make a proposal for decision on determination of the source of raw water in a clean water supply project in the residential complex and in PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Klayan. From the data processing with the application of AHP method showed that the water surface with the use of Road Tank selected as an alternative solution to the raw water source first priority for the planning of this project because it has the highest weight value of 0.394. |

Keterbatasan sumber air bersih untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan menunjang kegiatan sehari-harinya, divisi General Services (GS), Surface Facilities (SF) & Healthy Safety Security Environmental (HSSE) di PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Klayan berupaya untuk melakukan perencanaan ulang terhadap proyek penyediaan sumber air baku. PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Klayan merupakan sebuah perusahaan besar yang mempunyai komplek perumahaan serta perkantoran yang membutuhkan air bersih. Terdapat 3 (tiga) alternatif solusi yang telah ditetapkan untuk dipertimbangkan sebagai sumber air baku yang akan digunakan untuk tahun 2015-2020. Dalam penelitian ini responden dipilih dari 3 (tiga) divisi dengan pertimbangan memiliki kepakaran dalam proyek penyediaan sumber air baku yaitu General Services, Asset 3 Surface Facilities dan Asset 3 Healthy Safety Security and Environmental. Dalam menentukan sumber air baku yang tepat untuk proyek ini, para pihak pengambil keputusan / responden tentunya harus melakukan penilaian dari kriteria-kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam situasi keputusan. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk memberikan usulan pengambilan keputusan pada penentuan sumber air baku pada proyek penyediaan air bersih di komplek perumahan dan perusahaan di PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Klayan. Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan penerapan metode AHP menunjukkan bahwa air permukaan dengan penggunaan Road Tank yang terpilih menjadi alternatif solusi sumber air baku prioritas pertama untuk perencanaan ulang proyek ini karena mempunyai nilai bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,394. |
