Abstract. Ergonomics is a science that studies various aspects and characteristics of human beings (abilities, advantages, limitations, etc.) that are relevant in the work context, and utilizing the best work system information. that are relevant in the work context, as well as utilizing the best work system information. According to (Chengalur et al., 2004) ergonomics is a multi-disciplinary activity directed at gather information about human capacity and capability, and utilizing it in designing work, products, workplaces and work tools. Home industrial ceramics Hj Oma is a company focused on ceramics and jars industry, where the product is produced is jembangan (flowerpot), jars, teapots, umbrella vases, vases, plates, bowls and souvenirs for weddings. This research was conducted to find work risk in finishing process of making jars using two methods, there are the Nordic body map questionnaires and Postural Loading on the Upper Body Assessment, Based on the Nordic body map questionnaire it is known that the finishing operator have complaints and pain disorders during the last 12 months on the neck, back, wrist and buttocks/thighs, where the complaints are resistor the operator in doing the job. Rating results with Postural Loading On The Upper Body Assessment, that every work done on average goes into categories 3 and 4, where the category is required to redesign the workplace or work method and corrective action is required by designing a new work facility to reduce the risk of working more dangerous experienced by the working operator. The design of work facilities designed are tables and chairs that are made into one part that aims to reduce the level of work risk on the operator and provide a sense of comfort to the operator in the work.Keywords :  Ergonomic, Nordic body map, Postural Loading on the Upper Body Assesment.Abstrak. , Ergonomi adalah ilmu yang mempelajari berbagai aspek dan karakteristik manusia (kemampuan, kelebihan, keterbatasan, dan lain-lain) yang relevan dalam konteks kerja, serta memanfaatkan informasi system kerja yang terbaik. Menurut (Chengalur et al., 2004) ergonomi merupakan suatu aktivitas multi disiplin yang diarahkan untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang kapasitas dan kemampuan manusia, dan memanafaatkannya dalam merancangan pekerjaan, produk, tempat kerja, dan peralatan kerja. Home industri keramik Hj Oma merupakan perusahaan yang berfokus di bidang industri keramik dan guci, dimana produk yang dihasilkan adalah jembangan (pot bunga), guci, teko, tempat payung, vas bunga, piring, mangkok dan cinderamata untuk pernikahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari resiko kerja pada proses finishing pembuatan guci dengan menggunakan dua metode, yaitu kuesioner Nordic body map dan Postural Loading on the Upper Body Assesment, Berdasarkan kuesioner Nordic body map diketahui bahwa operator finishing mengalami keluhan dan gangguan rasa sakit selama 12 bulan terakhir pada bagian leher, punggung, pergelangan tangan dan bokong/paha, di mana keluhan tersebut menjadi penghambat operator dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Hasil penilaian dengan Postural Loading On The Upper Body Assesment, bahwa setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan rata-rata masuk ke dalam kategori 3 dan 4, dimana kategori itu diharuskan melakukan desain ulang tempat kerja atau metode kerja dan diperlukan tindakan korektif dengan melakukan perancangan fasilitas kerja yang baru untuk mengurangi resiko kerja yang lebih berbahaya dialami oleh operator yang bekerja. Perancangan fasilitas yang dirancang adalah Meja dan kursi yang dibuat menjadi satu bagian yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat resiko kerja pada operator dan memberi rasa nyaman terhadap operator dalam bekerja.Kata Kunci: Ergonomi, Nordic body map, Postural Loading on the Upper Body Assesment.
