Abstract The research was conducted to improve the process of making shoes at PT Primarindo Infrastructure Tbk. Shoes that are produced also have several models, one of them is the Jenkins shoe model. But the results of the production process have a defect that results in decreased product quality. This can be seen from the 2017 production data which has a percentage of disability exceeding the company standard which is 2%. Defect that often occur in each shoe model are different, namely upper, lasting slant, wrinkles, outsole and others. Defect that often occurs for jenkins model shoes is upper, lasting slant defects and outsole. In this study using pareto diagram method, p control map, fishbone diagram and TRIZ. The results obtained are types of Jenkins model shoe defects are upper caat, lasting tilt and outsole. Factors that cause disability are seen in terms of humans due to lack of operator skills, decreased concentration and work not in accordance with SOP, in terms of environmental lack of lighting, in terms of raw materials the material changes, in terms of the engine caused by the engine which is not maintained, the machine is dirty and the engine settings made by the operator are not in accordance with the SOP. The proposed improvement is to design a checksheet for machine maintenance and operator training, making attention points and visual warnings a reminder for operators before or are doing work, making SOPs to maintain machine cleanliness and adding lights to sewing machines.Keywords: Quality control, Shoes type of defect, TRIZ. Abstrak. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memperbaiki proses pembuatan sepatu di PT Primarindo Infrastructure Tbk. Sepatu yang diproduksi pun terdapat beberapa model salah satunya model sepatu Jenkins. Namun hasil proses produksi terdapat kecacatan yang mengakibatkan kualitas produk menurun. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari data produksi tahun 2017 memiliki persentase kecacatan melebihi standar perusahaan yaitu sebesar 2%. Kecacatan yang sering terjadi dalam setiap model sepatu berbeda-beda yaitu cacat upper, lasting miring, keriput, outsole dan lain-lain. Kecacatan yang sering terjadi untuk sepatu model jenkins yaitu cacat upper, lasting miring dan outsole. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode diagram pareto, peta kendali p, diagram fishbone dan TRIZ. Hasil yang didapat adalah jenis kecacatan sepatu model Jenkins adalah caat upper, lasting miring dan outsole. Faktor-faktor penyebab kecacatan adalah dilihat dari segi manusia disebabkan karena kurangnya keterampilan operator, menurunnya konsentrasi dan kerja tidak sesuai SOP, dari segi lingkungan kurang adanya pencahayaan, dari segi bahan baku adanya material yang berubah, dari segi mesin disebabkan mesin yang tidak terawatt, mesin kotor dan setting mesin yang dilakukan operator tidak sesuai SOP. Usulan perbaikan adalah membuat rancangan checksheet untuk perawatan mesin dan pelatihan operator, membuat attention point dan warning visual sebagai pengingat bagi operator sebelum atau sedang melakukan pekerjaan, membuat SOP untuk menjaga kebersihan mesin dan penambahan lampu pada mesin jahit.Kata Kunci: Pengendalian kualitas, Jenis kecacatan sepatu, TRIZ. |
