Abstract. Indonesia is one of the largest muslim majority country in the world that are still not paying attention to the specifics regarding the quality of the halal food. Before a encompasses throughout Indonesia, beginning from small scale in advance as in West Java in particular Cimahi. On this occasion would have done research on one of the distributors of pure Milk is growing, this research was conducted aiming to achievement of Halalan Toyyiban Food milk distributors in SCM pure gems. To provide the convenience of consuming food Halal consumer Lable without muslim Indonesia especially on a small scale in the city of Greenacres. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to find out what are the efforts already undertaken by the perpetrators of the Pure Milk distributors to apply the concept of Food SCM Toyyiban Halalan in Cimahi, Identify the factors that affect feasibility of halal food, know the process as well as a viable distribution channel for the achievement of the Food Toyyiban Halalan, Toyyiban Halalan implementation Done Food SCM to determine the best supplier by using AHP method that is supported by software Expert Choice 11. The results of calculations using a Software Expert Choice 11 criteria and weighting is performed with the subkriteria against 3 alternatif supplyer that will be selected and obtained the highest results with highest weights to 1 supplier in meeting the weights criteria and subkriteria expected by Pure Milk distributor, supplier selection is done due to things that can't be taken care of in the achievement of food SCM Toyyiban Halalan, namely at the level of the vendor or supplier of raw materials, because the most important criteria to support the achievement of Food SCM Toyyiban Halalan, then conducted the selection of the best suppliers in this research to get a good quality raw materials as well as the raw materials the halal guaranteed.Keywords: AHP, Halalan Toyyiban SCM, Expert Choice 11Abstrak. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara mayoritas muslim terbesar di dunia yang masih belum memperhatikan secara spesifik mengenai kualitas kehalalan makanan. Sebelum mencakup ke seluruh Indonesia, bermula dari skala kecil terlebih dahulu seperti di Jawa Barat khususnya Kota Cimahi. Pada kesempatan ini akan dilakukan penelitian terhadap salah satu distributor Susu Murni yang sedang berkembang, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk pencapaian Halalan Toyyiban Food SCM pada distributor susu murni PERMATA. Untuk memberikan kenyamanan mengkonsumsi makanan tanpa Lable Halal terhadap konsumen muslim Indonesia khususnya pada skala kecil di Kota Cimahi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya apa saja yang sudah dilakukan oleh pelaku distributor Susu Murni untuk menerapkan konsep Halalan Toyyiban Food SCM di Kota Cimahi, Mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelayakan halal pada makanan, Mengetahui proses serta jalur distribusi yang layak untuk pencapaian Halalan Toyyiban Food, Dilakukan penerapan Halalan Toyyiban Food SCM untuk menentukan supplier terbaik dengan menggunakan metode AHP yang ditunjang oleh software Expert Choice 11. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan Software Expert Choice 11 dengan dilakukan pembobotan kriteria dan subkriteria terhadap 3 alternatif supplyer yang akan dipilih dan didapatkan hasil tertinggi dengan bobot tertinggi untuk supplier 1 dalam memenuhi bobot kriteria dan subkriteria yang diharapkan oleh distributor Susu Murni PERMATA, dilakukan pemilihan supplier dikarenakan hal yang tidak dapat diperhatikan dalam pencapaian Halalan Toyyiban food SCM yaitu pada tingkatan vendor atau supplier bahan baku, dikarenakan kriteria yang terpenting untuk menunjang pencapaian Halalan Toyyiban Food SCM, maka dilakukan pemilihan supplier terbaik dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan kualitas bahan baku yang baik serta dijamin kehalalan bahan baku tersebut.Kata Kunci: AHP, Halalan Toyyiban SCM, Expert Choice 11 |
