dc.description Abstract. Issue is information which is expected to has implications for organization, because can affect public perceptions. Issues must be settled by taking decisions that not sustainable to the crisis. Summarecon Bandung as one of largest property developer in Bandung, usually get issues of complaints from public through media, mass media and social media. Therefore need to do management issues. The change was made to identify the environmental dynamics and expectations of the public over the existence and performance of the company in the environment in order to have a positive impact. Public Relations (PR is the most important elements in communication between organization and their public. PR Summarecon Bandung wich is serves as communicator, manage relationship, management back up, and good image maker be an active role when addressing issues that occur in the media. In this research, the results obtained is an understanding of the role of Public Relations through what things are done by PR Summarecon Bandung in addressing the complaints of the public through issue management.Keywords: Summarecon Bandung, Issue Management, Public RelationAbstrak. Isu merupakan informasi yang berpeluang menimbulkan dampak bagi suatu organisasi karena dapat mempengaruhi persepsi publik. Isu harus dapat terselesaikan dengan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat agar tidak berkelanjutan hingga samapai pada krisis. Summarecon Bandung sebagai salah satu pengembang property terbesar di Kota Bandung ini pun kerap dilanda berbagai macam isu dari keluhan masyarakat melalui media, baik media massa dan media sosial. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukannya manajemen isu sebagai upaya mengelola perubahan. Perubahan itu dilakukan guna mengidentifikasi dinamika lingkungan dan harapan dari publik atas keberadaan dan kinerja perusahaan di lingkungan tersebut agar berdampak positif. Public Relations (PR) merupakan elemen penting dalam komunikasi antara perusahaan dan publiknya. PR Summarecon Bandung yang berfungsi sebagai communicator, manage relationship, management back up, dan good image maker berperan aktif ketika mengatasi isu yang terjadi di media. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil yang didapatkan adalah suatu pemahaman mengenai peran Public Relations melalui hal-hal apa saja yang dilakukan oleh PR Summarecon Bandung dalam mengatasi keluhan-keluhan masyarakat melalui manajemen isu. between action (action) against Le Minerale ads with brand awareness medium category.Kata Kunci: Summarecon Bandung, Manajemen Isu, Public Relations
