Abstract. This research entitled "The Effectiveness of Diphtheria Vaccine Campaign on Instagram @biofarmaid" Social Media, "which aims to find out how @biofarmaid meets the needs expected by @biofarmaid Instagram followers. This research was conducted in Instagram's direct social media message with the object of research, namely the @biofarmaid Instagram followers. To get the effects and reality that occur among @biofarmaid Instagram followers. This study resulted in a conclusion that PT Bio Farma was considered to have good sense, good moral character, and good will.Keywords: Communication, Online Media, Vaccine Campaign, Internalization, Identification, SubmissionAbstrak. Penelitian ini berjudul “Efektivitas Kampanye Vaksin Difteri Di Media Sosial Instagram @biofarmaid”, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana @biofarmaid memenuhi kebutuhan yang diharapkan oleh para pengikut instagram @biofarmaid. Penelitian ini dilakukan di direct message media sosial instagram dengan objek penelitiannya yaitu para pengikut instagram @biofarmaid. Untuk mendapatkan efek dan realitas yang terjadi di kalangan pengikut Instagram @biofarmaid. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa PT Bio Farma dinilai memiliki good sense, good moral character, dan good will.Kata kunci: Komunikasi, Media Online, Kampanye Vaksin, Internalisasi, Identifikasi, Ketundukan |
