dc.description Abstract. The process of using Instagram, the @hitthefestival, by the event organizers as a medium of communication and information to its followers, indirectly affects the image enhancement of @hitthefestival in the eyes of its followers. The consistency and activity of the @hitthefestival account in uploading activities, before the event to the end of the event, attracts viewers to become followers because it provides a lot of information about the Hit The Festival event. It also shows the seriousness of the @hitthefestival in establishing relationships with followers and in providing interesting information for them. Therefore, using Instagram @Hitthefestival can create its own opinions in every follower, whether those who are active or passive. This study aims to determine the level of trust, attitude, perception of the followers of @hitthefestival Instagram feeds. The research method used is descriptive method, which is systematically describing the factual conditions or characteristics of certain population. Data collection techniques carried out were questionnaires and library studies. The study population was 84 viewers, who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that followers of the @hitthefestival Instagram had a high level of trust in the Hit The Festival event, and had very good feelings and perceptions of the account. The account is considered to have a special attraction for its followers, particularly in presenting information about the creative economy of Balikpapan, especially culinary and lifestyle. The @hitthefestival account feed is considered very helpful for the followers in getting information about the Hit The Festival event and in providing motivation to young people as creative economic actors.Keywords: Opinion, Instagram, Feeds, Followers, Creative Economy.Abstrak. Proses penggunaan instagram @hitthefestival sebagai media komunikasi dan informasi kepada para followernya, secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi peningkatan citra @hitthefestival di mata followers. Konsistensi dan keaktifan dari akun @hitthefestival dalam mengupload kegiatan mulai dari event belum berlangsung sampai selesai menarik viewers untuk menjadi followernya memberikan banyak informasi mengenai event Hit The Festival. Hal ini juga memperlihatkan keseriusan @hitthefestival dalam menjalin hubungan dengan para followers, serta memberikan informasi yang menarik. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan instagram @hitthefestival dapat menciptakan opini tersendiri dari setiap follower, baik yang aktif ataupun yang pasif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan, sikap, presepsi followers terhadap feeds instagram @hitthefestival. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, yaitu dengan melukiskan secara sistematis kondisi atau karakteristik populasi tertentu secara faktual. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah penyebaran angket, dan studi kepustakaan, adapun populasi penelitian adalah 84 orang viewers, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa followers  dari instagram @hitthefestival memiliki tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi terhadap event Hit The Festival, serta memiliki perasaan dan  presepsi yang sangat baik terhadap akun tersebut. Akun tersebut dianggap memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi para followers nya, terutama dalam informasi mengenai ekonomi kreatif kota Balikpapan khususnya kuliner dan lifestyle. Feed akun @hitthefestival dinilai sangat membantu para followers dalam mendapatkan informasi seputar event Hit The Festival dan memotivasi anak muda sebagai pelaku ekonomi kreatif.Kata Kunci : Opini, Instagram, Feeds, Followers, Ekonomi Kreatif.
