dc.description Abstract. Abstract. As one of the motorcycle gangs in the city of Bandung, Exalt To Creativity (XTC), which consists of several people who have motorized hobbies, then conduct activities and recruit new members who they believe to be a pride of the group because they can compete with other motorcycle gangs with the more members will become more powerful. But currently as one of the remaining motorcycle gangs in the city of Bandung, XTC has begun to transform themselves into a community organization (ORMAS). The purpose of this paper is to find out how the stages of unfreezing, stage change, and refreezing stage in the transformation of XTC identity as a community organization. The researcher found that there are three stages of a planned change model that explain how to take the initiative, manage and stabilize the process of change in identity transformation which includes this stage is the unfreezing of how early in creating motivation for change to XTC members, then changing or movement of the stages of providing new information to inviting changes to XTC members, and finally refreezing where this stage is the stage of giving opportunities to members to show new behavior and attitudes. The method used in this study is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Where, this descriptive quantitative research method is only describing situations or events. This study does not seek or explain relationships, does not test hypotheses or make predictions. Data collection techniques used by researchers include interviews, observation, and literature studies.Keywords: Identity Transformation, Change Process Model, XTC Organization, Community Organization Abstrak. Sebagai salah satu geng motor di kota Bandung, Exalt To Creativity (XTC), yaitu terdiri dari beberapa orang yang memiliki hobby bermotor, kemudian melakukan kegiatan kegiatannya dan melakukan perekrutan anggota baru yang mereka yakini menjadi suatu nilai kebanggaan kelompok karena bisa menyaingi geng motor lain dengan semakin banyak anggotan maka akan semakin berkuasa. Namun saat ini sebagai salah satu geng motor yang tersisa di Kota Bandung, XTC sudah mulai mentransformasikan diri mereka menjadi sebuah organisasi masyarakat (ORMAS). Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tahap unfreezing, tahap change, dan tahap refreezing dalam transformasi identitas XTC sebagai organisasi masyarakat. peneliti menemukan bahwa ada tiga tahap model perubahan terencana yang menjelaskan bagaimana mengambil inisiatif, mengelola dan menstabilisasi proses perubahan dalam tranformasi identitas yang meliputi tahap tersebut adalah unfreezing tahapa awal dalam penciptaan motivasi untuk perubahan kepada para anggota XTC, kemudian changing or movement tahapan pemberian informasi baru untuk mengajak perubahan kepada anggota XTC, dan terakhir refreezing dimana tahapan ini adalah tahap pemberian kesempatan kepada anggota untuk menunjukan perilaku dan sikap baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Di mana, metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif ini hanyalah memaparkan situasi atau peristiwa. Penelitian ini tidak mencari atau menjelaskan hubungan, tidak menguji hipotesis atau membuat prediksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti diantaranya adalah dengan wawancara, ovservasi, dan studi kepustakaan.Kata Kunci: Transformasi Identitas, Model Proses Perubahan, Organisasi XTC, Organisasi Masyarakat
