Abstract. The Shift is a community youth in the city of Bandung by Ustadz Hanan Attaki, as well as to initiate the creation of the Youth Hijra Movement, i.e. the movement of young people who wanted to change his life from leaving the bad things in the past and change become more obedient to Allaah. This research aims to know the motives of the founding of the community of The Shift movement Youth Hijra community activity, to find out The Shift movement Youth Hijra in preaching among the youth of the city of Bandung, as well as to find out the meaning of community of The Shift movement Youth Hijra to its members. This study uses qualitative methods using phenomenology with engineering approach to data collection through interviews, the study of librarianship, observation, analysis and documentation. The subject of research materials, which is a 6-member along with co-founder community The Shift of Youth Hijra. The theory being used here is a theory of Phenomenology and the theory of Symbolic Interaction. The results of this study found that the motives of the founding of the community of The Shift movement Youth Hijra is to embrace those that they categorized as ring 3 (neutral, does not support the Da'wah but not also interfere with) and 4th (ring islamphobia) to learn the science of religion. Da'wah activities community The Shift movement Youth Hijra the majority based in social media. The meaning of the community The Shift movement Youth Hijra to its members is as wasilah or container to learn and mastered the science of religion.Keywords: Phenomenology, Motif, Da’wah Activity, The Meaning of Community Abstrak. The Shift adalah komunitas pemuda di Kota Bandung yang didirikan oleh Ustadz Hanan Attaki, serta yang menginisiasi terciptanya gerakan Pemuda Hijrah, yaitu gerakan anak muda yang ingin merubah hidupnya dari meninggalkan hal-hal yang buruk di masa lalu dan berubah menjadi lebih taat kepada Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motif didirikannya komunitas The Shift gerakan Pemuda Hijrah, untuk mengetahui aktivitas komunitas The Shift gerakan Pemuda Hijrah dalam berdakwah di kalangan pemuda Kota Bandung, serta untuk mengetahui makna komunitas The Shift gerakan Pemuda Hijrah bagi para anggotanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi kepustakaan, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi. Subjek yang dijadikan bahan penelitian adalah 6 orang anggota beserta co-founder komunitas The Shift Pemuda Hijrah. Teori yang digunakan disini adalah Teori Fenomenologi dan Teori Interaksi Simbolik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa motif didirikannya komunitas The Shift gerakan Pemuda Hijrah adalah untuk merangkul orang-orang yang mereka kategorikan sebagai ring 3 (netral, tidak mendukung dakwah tapi tidak juga mengganggu) dan ring 4 (islamphobia) agar mau belajar ilmu agama. Aktivitas dakwah komunitas The Shift gerakan Pemuda Hijrah mayoritas berbasis di media sosial. Makna komunitas The Shift gerakan Pemuda Hijrah bagi para anggotanya adalah sebagai wasilah atau wadah untuk mempelajari dan mendalami ilmu agama.
