ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the effect of competence of human resources, the application of PSAK No. 109 on the accounting of zakat, infaq and alms to the quality of financial statements. The research method used in this research is descriptive method and verification method with survey approach and data collection technique of questionnaire or questionnaire. This study uses multiple regression testing. In this study the population is zakat amil institutions in the city of Bandung with sampling technique purposive sampling. Based on the technique, there were 32 respondents from 7 LAZ according to the population determined. The object of research in this study is the competence of human resources and the application of PSAK No. 109 as an independent variable and the quality of financial statements as the dependent variable. Based on the research results obtained, the competence of human resources does not affect the quality of financial statements, while the application of PSAK No. 109 affect the quality of financial statements. Researchers suggest for further research to expand the subject of research and add observation.Keywords: Human Resource Competency, Quality of Financial Statement, Implementation of PSAK No. 109. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi sumber daya manusia, penerapan PSAK No 109 tentang akuntansi zakat, infaq dan sedekah terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan survei dan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner atau angket. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian dengan regresi berganda. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah lembaga amil zakat yang ada di kota bandung dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purpossive sampling. Beerdasarkan teknik tersebut, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 32 responden yang terdapat dari 7 LAZ sesuai dengan populasi yang ditentukan. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi SDM dan penerapan PSAK No 109 sebagai variabel independen dan kualitas laporan keuangan sebagai variabel dependen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan, kompetensi SDM tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, sedangkan penerapan PSAK No 109 berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Peneliti menyarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar memperluas subjek penelitian dan menambah observasi.Kata kunci: Kompetensi sumber daya manusia, Kualitas Laporan Keuangan, Penerapan PSAK No 109. |
