This research aims to find out the influence of earnings quality and CSR disclosure on the company value. The population used in this research is LQ45 year 2013-2015. To decide the number of samples from a particular developed population, this research uses Solvin formula to examine 101 companies. This research method is a descriptive metodh with data analisys thecnique. The research findings revealed that the earnings quality partially known has an influence on the company value, and the disclosure of CSR has an influence on the company value in LQ45 company group. Simultaneously, both earnings quality and disclosure of CSR influence the company value. |

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas laba dan pengungkapan CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitain ini adalah LQ45 periode 2013-2015. Untuk menghitung penentuan jumlah sampel dari populasi tertentu yang dikembangkan, maka digunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 101 perusahaan. metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas laba berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan CSR berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan perusahaan LQ45. Secara simultan kualitas laba dan pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh pada perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. |
