Abstract. This study was conducted to determine the effect of internal control and leadership style on employee performance on grapari telkomsel in karawan district. Respondents in this study are all employees on grapari Telkomsel. The sample in this study with the number of samples of 40. The research method used is an empirical study with the type of descriptive research and verification. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of program SPSS 24.00 version. The results showed that internal control, leadership style and employee performance on grapari telkomsel in karawang regency is good. Internal control has a significant positive effect on employee performance of 32.9%. Leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance on grapari telkomsel in karawang regency of 12.9%Keywords: Internal Control, Leadership Style, and Employee Performance.Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengendalian internal dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada grapari telkomsel di kabupaten karawan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada grapari telkomsel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi empiris dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal, gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan pada grapari telkomsel di kabupaten karawang sudah baik. Pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 32,9%. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada grapari telkomsel di kabupaten karawang sebesar 12,9%.Kata kunci: Pengendalian Internal, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
