dc.description ABSTRACT, Internet technology has given a considerable influence on business aspects, one of them on online sales business. Vinoya Olshop is a business entity in South Bandung regency engaged in the sale of women's clothing and accessories. Vinoya Olshop's obsolescence is the lack of information provided to consumers, and things that are not important anymore and the supervision of the goods sold is up to the rich, other than that the others are not always made from the sales representative which is evidence to help see the progress of the business and controlling outflow and outflow of sales activities. This research is intended to make the appropriate application with the need to overcome these problems.The method being used is a research method that uses better system weaknesses. This design produces a web-based sales information system, in which there is a page that contains the menu management, product management, contact management, and procedures that can be managed by Vinoya Olshop so as to produce effective and efficient sales information.Keywords: Information Systems, Sales Information System, Web-Based Sales ABSTRAK, Teknologi internet telah memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap aspek bisnis, salah satunya pada bisnis penjualan online. Vinoya Olshop merupakan badan usaha di Kabupaten Bandung Selatan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan pakaian dan aksesoris wanita. Kendala yang dihadapi Vinoya Olshop adalah kurang luasnya informasi yang diberikan kepada konsumen, serta kurangnya pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap persediaan barang karena barang yang masuk tidak dicatat kembali dan pengawasan terhadap barang yang dijual diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada kayawan, selain itu kendala lainnya dimana tidak selalu membuat laopran penjualan yang merupakan bukti untuk membantu melihat perkembangan usaha dan mengendalikan arus kas masuk dan keluar dari aktivitas penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dirasa sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem FAST (Framework For The Application Development) yang digunakan untuk mengetahui permasalahan serta melakukan perbaikan dari sistem sebelumnya yang memiliki kelemahan untuk mendapatkan sistem yang lebih baik. Perancangan ini menghasilkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web, didalamnya terdapat halaman yang berisikan manajemen menu, manajemen produk, manajemen kontak, dan metode order  yang dapat dikelola oleh Vinoya Olshop sehingga mampu menghasilkan informasi penjualan yang efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Sistem Informasi Penjualan, Penjualan Berbasis web
