Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of current ratio toward firm value and capital structure to firm value. Research method used in this research is descriptive method by using multiple linear regression test analysis and data analysis technique using quantitative method. The program used in analyzing data is SPSS version 17.0. the variable that used are: current ratio, capital structure, and the value of the company. While the analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple regression, t-test and F test. In this research into a research population is the automotive company listed on the Indonesian stock Exchange 2012-2016. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the technique obtained as many as 50 sample. The object of this research is current ratio and capital structure as independent variable and firm value as dependent variable. The result of this research indicate that the current ratio and capital structure partially influenced and simultaneous to company value.Keyword : Current Ratio, Capital Structure, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan dan struktur modal terhadap nilaiperusahaan. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah dengan menggunakan SPSS bersi 17.0. variabel yang digunakan antara lain current ratio, struktur modal, dan nilai perusahaan. sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik regresi berganda uji-t dan uji F. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Teknik sampling yang digunakan merupakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut diperoleh sebanyak 50 sampel. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah current ratio, struktur modal, nilai perusahaan. hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan truktur modal berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci : Current Ratio, Struktur Modal, Nilai Perusahaan
