Abstract.Balanced scorecard is a tool to measure the financial and non-financial performance consisting of four perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, learning and growth perspective. In general, the use of the balanced scorecard method in measuring the performance of companies on the managerial aspects to measure the behavior of the enterprise managers work goes well. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the financial perspective, the effect of customer perspective, internal business process perspective effect, and the effect of learning and growth perspective in measuring the performance of the balanced scorecard method to work the behavior of managers. The method used in the preparation of this paper is a survey research methods and correlational. The population used in this study is the manager of PT Telkom by distributing a questionnaire of 30 respondents. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning peetumbuhan influence on the behavior of managers work. Abstrak.Balanced scorecard adalah alat untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan dan non keuangan yang terdiri dari empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Secara umum, penggunaan metode balanced scorecard dalam mengukur kinerja perusahaan terhadap aspek managerial untuk mengukur perilaku kerja manajer perusahaan tersebut berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perspektif keuangan, pengaruh perspektif pelanggan, pengaruh perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan pengaruh perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dalam pengukuran kinerja dengan metode balanced scorecard terhadap perilaku kerja manajer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan skripsi ini adalah metode penelitian survei dan korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para manajer PT Telkom dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner sebanyak 30 responden. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif peetumbuhan dan pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja manajer.
