"Today the aspects of technology and information systems has developed quite rapidly. This development can assist organizations in achieving effectiveness and efficiency in the data processing so that management decisions can be taken quickly, precisely, and relevant. RSUD Kota Bandung is one of the health organization which its tasks is to distribute pharmaceuticals to patients in need. The pharmaceuticals supplies in the pharmaceutical warehouse of RSUD Kota Bandung have large number and diverse types that require good management. However, the fact is there are still some weaknesses in the management information system inventory of pharmaceuticals applied in the documents, the job descriptions arrangements, as well as the manual data processing. Based on that, this study aims to analyze the information system of inventory management of pharmaceuticals that are being applied and to determine the management information system pharmaceuticals supplies applied in the pharmaceutical warehouse of RSUD Kota Bandung. The method used by writer is the FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking) method, and the JAD (Joint Application Development) method. The results shows that the development of system offered in this study, in the form of supply management information system design of pharmaceuticals, manage to overcome the problems faced earlier in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of the inventory management of pharmaceuticals in hospitals pharmaceutical warehouse Bandung.
